A new network protocol level 9 where They will tokenize data sharing transactions at micro-cents per transaction on distributed blockchain. Also I hope apple brings back WebObject's and the first original X Code machine ...lol then developers can sit in front of architecturally designed computers that look so trendy and not worry about internals or customizations and pay big money for addons with special apple connectors and we can all wear black skivvies and look like cool architects sitting in air-conditioned quite rooms pretending to do work sipping boutique café coffees.

So basically TechLead became the drama of the day and all of these people coming in asking "why are you posting tech I thought you quit!" not realizing that this is what techlead is and has always been. He's been around for a while in the tech space and has quit many times and is persistently nihilistic and sarcastic, but actually a pretty good resource given his experience and insight.

I really don’t think tech leads premise holds. Apple is not FORCING consumers using non AI phones to buy new products with the AI. It’s the same practice as trying to make consumers have FOMO, yes, but every major tech product maker does that for their LATEST release and have long before AI was the flashy thing. As an Apple user it’s a meh moment for me. Eventually when I upgrade I imagine it’ll give me AI, but I don’t really need or want it necessary. Just like how browsers are adding AI now. For all of Apples annoying faults however, their privacy protection and encryption is not one of them. It’s good for the average Joe who isn’t going to setup their own cloud and run Linux. Arguably Apple’s AI data privacy is better than OpenAI’s record so far. Not saying much obviously but some people are always on team HATE Apple. As someone coming from windows there are definitely some stupid things but it’s a little overblown on the internet.
