I say if you own and trade in a country you pay the tax of that country, not register it in the Cayman Islands etc..just to avoid tax.

Most large corporate companies avoid tax, and off shore the wealth. or get involved in none dom status then avoid paying tax because their partner lives abroad, and can actually borrow millions in loans from thier partner not pay tax and fold the company and lay everyone off.

Nope, printing money is not the only option. US could cut spending and collect more revenue by relying less on income tax and instituting of a universal sales tax at higher rates. India did this successfully. This way no one can shy away from their tax burden. You consume more, you pay more. Current administration is trying to do something similar with starting tariffs (not ideal but as long as the government raises the money, who cares). Guest on this show is not a critical thinker, she has her own channel which has evidence of this fact.

Really enjoy your business building content. However, taxing the rich is a huge solution to economy problems. I don't mean take all their money. I mean common sense of a top marginal tax rate (lets say over 10 million per year) at closer to Eisenhower rates. Also lifting or removing the S.S. tax on all income. Maybe exclude from 200k to million. Instantly permanently solvent SS. Also... corporations are people? Absurd. Lets add the corruption of money in politics being legalized bribes. Insanity and greed led to this problem.
Don't want handouts, just getting something back for the tax I spend. How about Medicare for all? Win win for everyone except insurance companies. Just a thought. In mean time learning to play the rigged game that has been set up.

The stunning lack of understanding of the role of government and lack of basic empathy shown is just incredible. To these two people, it's all about numbers on a balance sheet. The comment about not understanding why a school bus should travel to get a child was the last I could handle. I'm an entrepreneur and have 10x my net worth in the last 5 years. I came from nothing and I don't for a second believe that I did it all on my own or that everyone else should suffer for my own good fortune so that I can keep a little more of my tax money. I'm happy to pay a few pennies out of my income to pay for child lunches and food for the poor. I just can't fathom how broken you have to be to have such apathy.
