????

My amazing and talented wife Lisa is releasing her new book Radical Confidence, which you can preorder - and get the bonuses she's created for you - at https://www.radicalconfidence.com. When you read this book, Lisa will teach you 10 No-BS Life Lessons to become the hero of your own life and take MASSIVE bold action to achieve your potential! Are you feeling you are lacking motivation or are unsure how to achieve your goals? Then head on over to https://unstuck.impacttheory.com. There you can register and get access to a free workshop. Some of life's experiences are not exclusive to color, race, or sex. Feeling stuck, unhappy in a situation, and having uncertainty and fear around how to navigate through it or remain in it is something nearly everyone can identify with. Knowing how to get yourself out of the situations that make you feel small is challenging. The mindset that keeps you from succeeding in a life you only dream of is something that can be changed, but where do you begin? Lisa Bilyeu, President of Impact Theory, creator and host of Women of Impact is with hubby, Tom Bilyeu, sharing exactly how she took herself from a stay-at-home super supportive wife to ultra-successful serial entrepreneur. In her new book, Radical Confidence, Lisa shares her struggles with life's plans taking a wrong turn, struggling with confidence, and going after a life that truly mattered to her. For Lisa, being backed against the wall in these do or die circumstances forced her to have the difficult but honest conversations with herself about what she wanted, who she wanted to become, and how she was going to get there. The alternative was not an outcome Lisa was willing to accept. She's built a heck of a toolkit along the way to becoming courageous and confident as f*ck in her bad b*ch boots. There are major gems here for anyone no matter where you are in your journey. Lisa reminds us to embrace the beauty of you, be compassionate, and be sensitive, but never to the detriment of losing yourself. SHOW NOTES: 0:00 | Introduction to Lisa Bilyeu 1:08 | Fear Just Needs a Plan 4:23 | Good Plans Take a Wrong Turn 11:15 | Getting Unstuck 18:39 | How Lisa Developed Tools of Success 25:33 | Courage to Dream Your Own Dream 32:02 | Make Your Mission Possible 42:28 | Activate Your Bad B*tch Boots 49:39 | No Pressure, But Toughen The F*ck Up 58:19 | Validate Yourself & Your Own Success 1:04:20 | Messages For Lisa Bilyeu QUOTES: 'You can freaking convince yourself of why you're doing something every single day, and that's the problem.' [6:34] 'We talk a lot about gratitude, [...] The problem is, it kept me there because I kept using gratitude as a thing to go to every time I felt sad...' [8:27] 'The messiness of thinking about the negative voice in my head that's always mean to me. It's just a messy situation of, how on Earth do you stop her from being so cruel, so that you can take those steps forward. [24:52] 'The thing that's pulling my heart is helping people, and I think I got that because I ended up stumbling into it. So, I think anyone that maybe doesn't have a mission, you just got to try stuff.' [33:34] 'What is that thing that is going to pull at your heartstrings that is going to get you to keep going, and if you don't have that you have to try a bunch of things until you figure it out.' [34:01] 'The negative mindset of, who the hell do I think I am, is always there, but I just don't let her stop me, and I use her now to my advantage to help me get to where I want to go.' [49:18] 'When you ask yourself these questions, you can't put the pressure on yourself about the judgment [and] the shame of what will come from answering, you just need the truth.' [50:49] 'I want to be light, but not to the detriment of my frickin goal. So you better believe I gotta get tough, I got to set boundaries, I've got to really own what I want…' [52:11] 'You can have the beauty of being compassionate and having a heart and caring about what you do. And you can also be frickin tough as nails…' [53:19] Follow Lisa Bilyeu: Website: https://www.radicalconfidence.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lisabilyeu/ Twitter:https://twitter.com/lisabilyeu Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lisabilyeu

Wow, you too are so inspiring. I’ve gotta get that book. I’m in a path that started by stumbling upon Diary of a CEO, and deciding I needed to change the course of my life NOW. That was just 2 months ago and I’m still figuring things out but I ended up discovering you and Lisa and my entire frame of thinking is changing gradually for the better. Who knows where I’ll be in a year? Thanks for sharing wisdom and your wounds, Lisa.

Lisa, got the book and audio version. Congratulations! Unsurprising that Tom would be so proud. It really does enforce day to day use of a positive mindset. I really like the idea of embracing that negative voice and using it for your advantage. That’s proper radical thinking. Going to finish this and move on to my next book on Tom’s list. This book will stay with me forever and ‘m sure I’ll revisit it whenever I want. Best Wishes to you and all the Impact Theory team and community.

This is amazing. This is my first time seeying Lisa Bilyeu. Wow, she is as tiny as it can get. But she has the body of physical specimen, The confidence of a giant and the courage of a lion. Woow amazing really. And she even dwarfs Tom in terms of energy. Woow mind bugging.

I was a Christian I became a Muslim our religion is the last and the supreme religion, we believe in all the prophets of the past, we believe in their greatness and that they are the most perfect people, our religion has 5 basic principles, the word is faith, that is, saying Allah is one, praying 5 times a day, fasting for 1 month in Ramadan a year, if you are rich, a pilgrimage on your life. If you are rich, to go is to give 40 percent of your wealth to the poor

I don't want to be Wonder Woman. I want to be Jesus. There is nothing good in me. The deeper you search within, the darker and more evil you'll find. Don't be yourself. Be Christ. Let Christ live in you. Christ is your life.

I think it is pretty awesome how open and honest the two of you can be with each other about some pretty deep topics. There are many couples who are unable to go to that level.

This is so helpful. Thank you! I love how you built your community, helping, reaching out to people with eating disorders and depression. Your relationship is so beautiful!! My goal - helping women over 50 feeling good about themselves and finally stopping the complaining. As a woman over 55 I feel so great when I help women smile and feel good!!Love you both! Thank you❤

Quran is the message of mankind .. Mary the mother of jesus(peace be upon him) was covered well.. They are example for the believers .. Confidence comes from faith in Creator (Allah ).. He has complete power over us .. We have to face our Creator on the day of judgement.. Our Creator wants us to be shy to the strangers .. Modesty is the source of goodness Moses was married to shy wise girl

Love your shows, but do you really have to use language that makes you seem crude or oblivious to how it affects your image.

What is most important here for me Lisa and Tom are one of the only couples who put their love and marriage first. This is a huge path on the divine jouney of humanity in my opinion. If we can't respect, admire, adore, and cherish our life partner how will we do the same with each/all of us?
@danielle7729 Says:
I still enjoy listening to your conversations together! Me and my husband have taken many of the “tips” you both have shared to open communication even more between is. It’s very rewarding. We also listen to a lot of Jordan pretension, and as uncomfortable as it may be in the moment, it’s almost always beneficial.

@1990-o9k Says:
The gratitude part! Amazing! It’s crazy how some sayings/thinking just become so engrained and accepted by everyone without really questioning the consequence of using it on every aspect of our lives. Being grateful should not become being complacent with everything because your too scared of failure
@daniellefrancis6520 Says:
I had no idea you two were married! wow Im not a fan of marriage but you two are a great example of what marriage should look like. The love and support and how you help make each other their best selves is so inspiring!

Omg so I got the book and am loving everything about it. Lisa has amazing sense of like” babe if you are listening to this and you should as this is your wife’s book, get your own charger”. This book is amazing. Thanks Lisa for sharing the fun and hard parts of your life to help us be the “here of our own life”.
@DC-fq6mv Says:
I "read" this book (on Audible on a road trip) because I have watched so many of Tom's videos and when he talked about Lisa's book, I had to buy it!!! It was great. I loved the narration and although it's nice to actually read a book in hand, with life's schedules, sometimes Audible is the only way. What a treat it was to have Lisa narrate. I felt like she was talking directly to me! Thank you Lisa for writing this book and reiterating how we all make mistakes and must learn from our failures. My favorite was your Thomas Edison quote of "not having failed 10,000 times but having found 10,000 ways that didn't work..." (It's all about perspective, right?) Thank you for reminding us to put on our "Bad Bitch Boots" and get radically confident and always be learners. I don't want to spoil it for any readers, but the secret story you share from your anniversary and the way you chose to pivot is so relatable. Thank you for sharing experiences from your life and teaching us all how to be our own super heroes!
