As Web 3 and NFTs continue to dominate conversations everywhere from Capitol Hill, to music record labels, to Twitter spaces, podcasts and so much more, we are still too early to see what's really possible in Web 3.
Tom recently attended the NFT L.A. conference , which was a powerhouse event with some heavy hitters in the NFT space, artists, influencers, and creators all excited for Web 3, NFTs and metaverse.
This was the moment of the big reveal, Tom's first public reveal of what was formerly known as Project Avatar. He talks about the differences between growing an audience on social media and building a collaborative community around NFT culture as he takes Impact Theory studios into the future.

This is why NFT’s are a bad idea. Think about the guy who first started the acronym “l-o-l”. So dude says “lol” and some people start to use it. Then someone copyrights it. Or whatever and basically coins the term and own the phrase. You can do that. Just like Mcd’s or Coke or whatever big company owns their tag lines. Now, first: the person who actually created it doesn’t get paid because no one is going to just throw around and use a phrase someone automatically tries and coins.
