As a parent I can confirm the two BEST changes I made for my mental health and overall family productivity/flow were 1- have last meal right after school (a small snack before bed for kids if needed) and 2-sleep when your kids sleep! Sometimes I wake early like Tom mentioned but trying to stay up later always backfired for me the next day.

bad start: point one is functionalism: “the truth is whatever moves you towards your goals.” Sociopaths may also value this efficiency.

The Youtube algorithm is insane for not recommending this video more. As someone who's constantly consuming mindset content and trying to find the nature of things (I call it the "Why"), the amount of value in just 40 minutes of this video is wild

Hi - @TomBilyeu, would you consider creating this type of video for teenagers? My teenage child would never listen to a video for 1h30. But he might if a video lasts up to 15 minutes :) Thanks!

At 72 this gramma finds what you have to say refreshing and I’ll pass it forward. I’m interested in the electric plasma stuff cuz I know nothing about it. Yet because you’re so inquisitive, you would be excellent in interviewing an expert in the field. Would be nice if you would consider it. Thx keep up the good work👍

Always grateful for all the knowledge and insight. I have noticed that you curse a whole lot less than when I first started watching and following you. Was it a deliberate change or adjustment in delivering your content?

This is amazing. Glad you clarified what ‘reading’ means. Todays world doesn’t always permit physically reading books regularly. Great video!😊

It's a bit weird experiencing such familiarity, identification, and humility with your content, challenges and style. It takes a real pro's prose to make me uncomfortable like this. Thank you.
@oredaze Says:
One thing you can improve is change your mindset about working out. You said over and over how much you dislike working out. That's negative self talk. Convince yourself you like working out and that it's fun.
@growithjoy Says:
This is so good, especially that tip to speed things up, why didn't I do that all along, I do sometimes but not for most things. Once I sped this video to 1.5x it got so much better because it seemed like you were not just talking to me, but scolding me. Don't waste time. Gather skills not ideas. I couldn't help but say - Yes sir.

Some information/advice are great. Some might be not, or even dangerous. Hustler culture will prove itself to be wrong. For Tom to say he finds the body “boring” and it’s good to do everything with aggression, I tried it for years. It’s NOT GOOD for your mental health nor spirit. It might get you to (financially) success, but it does help you to be a whole human being. Whole in spirit and soul and in the heart. We can achieve success in many ways, but what does success do for you when you exhaust yourself, don’t love and appreciate your body as much as you appreciate your mind? Don’t follow anything blindly. Older philosophy and wisdom are as important as the hustler culture information. If not even more important for our human existence as a whole. Truly, it’s the big picture not: what can I do to be successful, maximize everything, faster, better, stronger. More more more. Slow down. Breath. It’s more to this world than money, body and success, admiration and progress. I learnt it the hard way.

Good to read, I use to real 7 Brooks at same time since child, all open in different places of the house. Even in my car later I read audio Brooks,, so much curiosity, but older I quit, began to select only few Books, high frequency, and now I dont read so much, I write a lot esay, and compose, look videos, and play music now. I AM NOT GOING. No much need of comun knowledge, this is a low plane, you get more from inside when you get to that, if it is your fortuna.
