Basically Coolidge is of Ron Swanson became president
@McLovin_2007 Says:
"Lean Left for women's rights"? That's a modern bias. In 1920 most Democrats opposed women's voting rights. Most Republican's supported it. The Dems's were Progressives and supported Wilson. The Republicans were Conservatives and supported Coolidge.

I didn't know much about him before but generally like him now. It's crazy to think how far medicine has come. 100 years ago, a boy died because he played tennis barefoot.
@SimonPaquin-y5g Says:
How many channels does this guy have?
@Undertakerlover1306 Says:
Dot Warner: Calvin Coolidge he does fine.😊
@tigerphid9677 Says:
Every July 4, on Coolidge's birthday, a day-long celebration is held at his hometown of Plymouth Notch, Vermont. It is well worth visiting. The town is absolutely beautiful -surrounded by open fields and green mountains - and the celebration of Coolidge's life is a treat for those who revere him.

My favorite president.
@Trad_Plan854 Says:
The moment I found out about JCCs character and presidency, he was a fast idol for me. Everything about him. Quiet, observant, and obstinate. The fact he reversed the federal deficit during his term is an absolute bonus
@sosafromscarface6732 Says:
President Coolidge. You have screwed the people through your corporate brown nosing e.g., the federal arbitration act. It was never meant to usher in private liberation from Gov’t intervention, rather its intent was to shield globalists from accountability to their citizens.
@jeffreykoch2788 Says:
Thanks for these.

12:12 This dude was so badass he had to get woken up, to take the oath as President of the United States 😆
@llsubs4373 Says:
Coolidge was America's greatest president because he didn't do anything.
@LegitLarry517 Says:
If you don’t make any best or worst list as president, it’s like a good negotiation where neither side gets exactly what they want. Presidential goals!
@bongbong7962 Says:
Happy 153th Birthday in Heaven. 30th U.S. President Calvin Coolidge
@UniversalistSon9 Says:
I wonder if he was autistic or something
@mojorisin7371 Says:
Definitely underrated and in the top 10 of Greatest US presidents and in most top 5 list. While he didn’t really contribute much he also didn’t ruin anything either and add to the national debt with lavish ideas. Everything was balanced while in office and he stayed away from media driven politics. He was the antithesis of what it is to be a government official nowadays. The solution isn’t Government on everything and that was the way he lead the nation. He was a person that wouldn’t fight the neighborhood bully but flatten all his tires and then offer him a ride while driving by 😅
@nkha23 Says:
No way! Noho is right up the road from me.
@eddaggett56 Says:
lol his policies and lack of keeping Wall Street in check are absolutely major contributing factors to the Great Depression

As always, Simon, I love your work however, you left out colleges manhandling of the veterans striking for their benefits. He called out his lap dog, Doug MacArthur the brutalize, the heroes of the great war
@donnajeffries7913 Says:
One thing I really admire about this man, is his remark to a fishing buddy who asked him why he didn't say a lot of words . His reply: "The average man can tell you everything he knows in 10 minutes. So why interupt him?"😅😅😅
@leenightingale2352 Says:
Yep... He would've died in office if he ran in 1928. Kinda like if Johnson ran again in 1968 - he'd be dead 2 days after his term ended. This is the first time I heard about Coolidge's son since I read about it in the People's Almanac around 1980. You miss out a lot when relying on Google & Wikipedia, etc. They leave out lots of crucial facts that make all the difference in the world.
@DanteFiceti Says:
I like Cal
@salarius1794 Says:
I’m related to him, this is so cool to find out.
@mariacardenas4665 Says:

@ebarteldes Says:
Saying no to the League of Nations led to WW2… so no, he doesn’t deserve to be remembered fondly.
@RextheRebel Says:
He was the Reagan before Reagan. Responsible for completely ruining government efficiency and causing rampant corporate takeover of industry.
@hungariancuman2835 Says:
My political views are whatever Calvin Coolage did and I hate Woodrow Wilson with a passion.
@ianlyons7689 Says:
“Mr. President, I have made a bet that I can get more than two words out of you” “You lose”
@siqmadiq2171 Says:
Coolidges policies help cause the great depression. He was a terrible president.
