Hebrews 5 there must be two requirements a blood sacrifice and a gift offering Jesus only provided blood and no gift offering.
But Paul tells us Romans 15:16 about making an offering up of the Gentiles to be made the gift offering therefore grafting them into a new covenant with the jew but Paul says though he isn't going to step on another man's foundation but we will wait on Romans 15:21 he who was not Spoken of.
