And each of them is a living organism. And we don't think about the fact that we're this massive collection of cells collaborating to have this conversation' [14:33] 'The single most fundamental part of your diet is 'sugar is poison.' Right? Sugar causes neuroinflammation - absolutely clear. It causes cardiac disease - absolutely clear, right? Sugar feeds cancers. And so getting rid of sugar is the most important move anybody can make.' [33:13] 'One of the things that people should know is we're always developing cancers, the body is always developing cancers, it's just that your immune system finds them and zaps them.' [1:03:37] 'Regenerative medicine is the notion that we can use stem cells and exosomes and growth factors to help regenerate our body - to help regenerate muscle, brain, all of the tissues of our body.' [H:MM:SS] 'I think the biggest business opportunities on the planet are going to be age reversal and health tech and biotech.' [1:14:46] 'Everyone knows about someone who went to the hospital and, 'Oh my god, you've got stage three or stage four cancer.' It didn't happen that morning. If you detect cancer at stage three, or stage four, your chance of a cure is like 10%. If you detect it at stage zero, stage one, it's like 99%.' I have PV polycythemia vera for about 20 years I’m 77. I’ve managed it by taking baby aspirin and phlebotomy. They always want me on a drugs. I do not want to do this because of course I heard about CRISPR and I just think there’s another way than taking any drug that is poisonous look very healthy lifestyle, good level, tennis player etc. even into the just recently love exercise hiking etc. if there is any research or anything I can do to get on crisper or something similar I believe there’s also a drug I would be glad to hear about it. Thank you.

Trying to sell this nonsense, perhaps inventing the 'magic pill' where the effects will then be seen down the road. But pay upfront.. These are professional charlatans. Nature will NEVER be altered.

Hard to find a safe source of NMN. Many of the top sellers have been tested to show no NMN in their product.

Tom looks very fresh for his age, so despite his relative lack of sleep, I don't think he should worry. This new obsession to get 8 hour a night is quite stressful for people like me, because it really is one size-fits-all. I hardly sleep for more than 4 or 5 hours at a stretch(if I am lucky!) because I wake up in the middle of the night. I used to get stressed out about this, which in turn, made things even worse. Now, I just read when I wake up in the middle of the night until I feel tired again. Then I go back to sleep for another couple of hours or even three. This, so called 'segmental sleep' pattern may not suit 9 to 5 people, but is fine for those like myself, who are more flexible in terms of working/living hours.

At 26 minutes....Peter is talking about supplementing NAD via other molecules. Here is my question: Just like we can improve fat oxidation - mitochondiral health without metformin; we can have sufficient NAD+ if we are training well. I mean why this supplementation then? I am 48...i train for an hour and I can lift or run well. The obvious reason because of which am able to do this because I have energy. And if i have sufficient energy then I should have sufficient NAD+? Because without this molecule I cant produce ATP. So why would you need to supplement it? I understand if its being done for research purposes but supplementing to save oneself from exercising is not a good way to reverse age. I don't think any amount of supplement for NAD can produce as good as I can produce naturally if am eating and exercising right. So my question to David, Peter, and you is this - you are all decently young and healthy. Why not you research on ageing without supplementation. If you do not have a subject, catch somebody like me who is in the same age group and does everything naturally without supplementation. Or best, why not you try to exercise well and measure your NAD levels? This world needs more research on healthy subjects to understand the human capabilities. Looking forward to hearing from you. cheers

I refuse to expect, that other races age slower than Caucasian people , I feel that's so programmed and people mentally age themselves

Why would anyone want to live forever. No thanks.
@danastewart9281 Says:
According to the Bible, 60 is middle age. There is no reason for us to not reach the age of 120. Moses was 120 with no weakness, no dimness of vision and was not stooped or fragile. 🙏

Probably not related but how do all the live and thriving cells collapse rapidly in a sudden or near-sudden death like in case of a heart attack or anything similar in an otherwise healthy person?

For the last few months, I've been taking one tablet each day of NMN-Vitruvin Health supplement. I'm astounded to discover that my metabolism now functions as well as it did when I was a younger. Other outcomes aren't nearly as visible yet, but I saw a significant boost in energy and concentration. I'm going to order another few rounds from their website. It took around just 3-4 days to see a difference.

People didn't have a ton of access to plants either. If you've ever been to untouched wilderness you know that there is very little in the way of edible plants. It was more likely mixed, especially when there was a failed hunt. Nuts, berries, meat and fish, some mushrooms (not a ton since they weren't sure which were toxic) Vegetables really weren't a thing until agriculture and grain cultivation; which also coincides with a loss in height and the only time the human brain shrunk.
@jeanawalter Says:
This is the first time I've ever heard the term "Vaccine Therapy". In the early 60's vaccine meant complete immune response to a pathogen. But before COVID, the vaccine definition was reformatted to include a temporary response to a pathogen, meaning you need multiple vaccines to help the body respond less severely.

Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age. See your result and tell the same experience. Obviously, nobody can live forever, but I feel like we can live a lot longer, so why not slow our age rather than age slowing us down? This is why I am constantly taking Dr. Sinclair’s NMN, a NAD booster and indeed a health provider. With NMN Vitruvin Nutrition (500mg) a day every morning with protein drink and Greek yogurt, it has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have disappeared. What some people don't understand about reversing aging is not just about extending quantity but rather improving quality of life. I would rather live 90 years feeling like in my twenties the whole time, than to live in pain, lack of strength, flexibility and energy half of that lifespan. Only a young ignorant fools or religious fanatics would be against something so good and logical for humankind.
@albobaby29 Says:
Tom just use green tea, curcumin, and cruciferous to counter mTor from your heavy meat consumption.
@carolynm8421 Says:
I read an article in which David Sinclair said this was all possible but it would not happen in our lifetimes which, honestly, I found depressing. I've actually have more hope in the area of nano technology as a repair mechanism for things gone wrong. Obviously, nano-tech would also allow for full-immersion VR as well as, eventually, mind uploading.
