Scorn is a first-person biopunk survival horror adventure video game developed by Serbian developer Ebb Software for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X/S. The game is inspired by the works of visual artists H. R. Giger and Zdzis?aw Beksi?ski.
Scorn is an atmospheric first person horror adventure game, developed and published by Ebb Software, set in a nightmarish universe of odd forms and somber tapestry. It is designed around an idea of "being thrown into the world". Isolated and lost inside this dream-like world you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear fashion. The unsettling environment is a character itself. Every location contains its own theme (story), puzzles and characters that are integral in creating a cohesive lived in world. Throughout the game you will open up new areas, acquire different skill sets, weapons, various items and try to comprehend the sights presented to you. The player controls a humanoid lost on a alien planet filled with odd creatures and living techno-organic structures.

The look and the graphics are awesome. Too bad I can't say the same for the game. I shouldn't have to spend hours on the intro of the game. There are a dozen things you can interact with but do nothing. When I have to look up what to do at the beginning of a game, the developers already messed up. That's not intriguing it's boring.

The game is about hell in the mindset of fertility. This otherworldly factory is bringing souls into mutated beings whose only goal is to reproduce. Many references throughout the game display birth, reproductive organs, and the use of flesh. Scorn doesn't explain much, but brings in the player by showing graphic depictions. However, if looking farther into what the creator meant the game for, it's far darker and meaningful. Love this game

47:17 so I think what happens is that the “tree” has a malfunction or perhaps an overload of the white liquid, resulting in the explosion and the mutation of the Prologue’s protagonist (it’s been 2 years, Scorn is pretty well known right??
