To get serious, i've been a huge fan of Mortal Kombat since I was 11. I played every game from 9 onwards and although I loved it, I always envied other fighting games. They all seemed better, had bigger move lists, but I was afraid I'd get my ass whooped in online if I ever made the switch. Got Tekken 8 this week on a whim and I am never looking back, that shit genuinely gave me a Ratatouille ass moment. Fuck Mortal Kombat, Tekken 8 is the first time I've had fun with a fighting game in over a decade
