Scorn is a first-person biopunk survival horror adventure video game developed by Serbian developer Ebb Software for Microsoft Windows and Xbox Series X/S. The game is inspired by the works of visual artists H. R. Giger and Zdzis?aw Beksi?ski.
Scorn is an atmospheric first person horror adventure game, developed and published by Ebb Software, set in a nightmarish universe of odd forms and somber tapestry. It is designed around an idea of "being thrown into the world". Isolated and lost inside this dream-like world you will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear fashion. The unsettling environment is a character itself. Every location contains its own theme (story), puzzles and characters that are integral in creating a cohesive lived in world. Throughout the game you will open up new areas, acquire different skill sets, weapons, various items and try to comprehend the sights presented to you. The player controls a humanoid lost on a alien planet filled with odd creatures and living techno-organic structures.

my gosh, this is why I don't use console controllers. there's no time to see what's around to identify where you are on the map cuz when you flip right or left it just shoots over to that direction, no smooth transition just Zip Zip. It's just nice taking account of the surroundings. sort of reminds me of Ghost haunts people do in abandoned places, zip zip dash zip then scream and run out, horrible camera people that get so freaked out cuz they heard a creek or an embodied voice. Just saying at least with a mouse you get smooth transitioning as one turns.

For people that don't know the story, this is a futuristic Earth where your character (mould men) are bred for harvest by your overlords, disease and mutation is rife with the amount of carcasses scattered around the plants ..the game does a really good job of putting you in the characters shoes of just hatching and having no clue about who or where he is. good job they have a book telling the story of the moulded men to go along with the game 😎 ..im not big on puzzle games but somewhat enjoyed this

addressing your intro on this video - this is why it's my favorite horror genres, because it's such a cerebral experience that doesn't detract from the horror aspects. It's a genre that's so total in scope it's impossible to get detached from it even when doing puzzles and whatnot.

Man, I spent so many hours dying and trying to remember how to navigate the maze. Once I watched you run and being able to outrun enemies it got A LOT easier. I'm not sure if you can stealth through this part completely just walking? :P

Tried to eat wet/moisty food (dumplings with blueberries) when watching...it's pretty hard with all those ambient sounds in this game, it felt like i was eating flesh or organs
