A few tips for anyone having trouble with this section:
11:00 - after dropping down from the ledge, when the brute starts walking to face the opposite wall, sneak up on the stun rod enemy for a stealth kill. Immediately after, walk (don't run) back to the exact spot you dropped from and wait. Once the brute turns and walks back to the same spot prior, sneak up for another stealth kill. Zero ammo used.
23:43 - as soon as you grab the key card, quick turn then run to the left side of the door and wait. Once the regenerador opens the door and gets close to walking in, move right in front of him and start jabbing with the knife. After 3-4 jabs, they'll try and strike so be sure to block. Keep them in close quarters and repeat the process until you destroy two parasites, then run from the room and quick turn as he comes out. Repeat again and eventually it'll fall to the ground so keep attacking, but avoid his lunges. When he does this, just quick turn again and you should destroy the last parasite/kill them. Aside from taking two hits and losing about 40% health/some knife damage, it worked like a charm.
One caveat: if it's your first playthrough, ensure the combat knife is fully repaired and upgraded as much as possible. I had the durability maxed out on mine and power at Lv. 4.
25:33 - with the keycard inserted and a second regenerador approaching, parry their strike and run from the room. Keep running around as it follows until the card is ready, then run back (ensuring you have some distance), grab it, parry another strike on the way out (or fire a shotgun blast to stagger them), and either go to the merchant room or open the newly-accessible door and continue forward. Once you have the biosensor scope later, return to kill it at a safe distance.
26:54 - after using the keycard and accessing a control room, slowly crouch towards the stairs leading down to one enemy directly underneath and another patrolling in a circle. As you make your way down, follow the guy walking and wait until he passes the stationary guy, then kill him. Continue following behind the other and repeat. Then, slowly move towards the next door, continue moving towards the next guy, and repeat.
29:26 - with the biosensor scope attached, you can kill all four regeneradors individually at the cost of two rifle rounds each. Move around each tube (at safe distance) until you're able to line up two parasites, then fire. After each tumbles down, you can either shoot the last parasite while they're on the ground or wait for them to get up. Added benefit: you can now use grenades on the next batch of enemies, without worrying about breaking the tanks.
