'The proper way to interpret it' What a clown
@m.935 Says:
Catholic Church has the only authority to interpret it, given by Christ to Peter and given the fact that the Bible is Catholic book, everyone else are just "I interpret it in any way I want".
@loitersquadX Says:
Its all context. Theres no interpretation. Now the translation may be interpreted is what i think.
@teks-kj1nj Says:
Ima get me some slaves, Yes, the bible is VERY clear in it's instructions : eg Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result, but they are not to be punished if the slave recovers after a day or two, since the slave is their property f you buy a Hebrew servant, he is to serve you for six years. But in the seventh year, he shall go free, without paying anything. If a man sells his daughter as a servant, she is not to go free as male servants do

What trinity?
@Matt-the-Wise Says:
The way this guy dodges answering a question, he would make a great politician. That's a HUGE problem with modern Christianity, that we have 25,000 different denominations all proclaiming the same thing that every religion claims: believe exactly what I believe or you go to Hell. The Catholic Church stands unbroken, despite the scandals that rocked it. The Islamic Church has only two divisions, despite all the violence. Christians are a hodgepodge mess, with views ranging from dancing will put you in hell to the very Catholic like belief that so long as you ask forgiveness you can do anything. Some believe every fabrication that's came along all the way up to the rapture, some don't even believe the first fabrication of the Trinity. If there's nothing absolute, then there's nothing real. Diverting and deflecting questions is what politicians do, not what preachers should. If THEY can't stand on their faith, why should we?
@MoDown85 Says:
Like when people misuse the scripture about private interpretation
@abrahamlopez57 Says:
Absolutely, this dude got stumped, because how and who interprets the Bible is very very important...
@obflow8308 Says:
I completely agree. I think the trickiness of understanding the Bible for someone who never read it at all as if they tried to read it without just a little bit of research to prerequisite knowing where in the Bible each book is talking in the different context, not all books of the Bible are in the same context as you read through from book to book, they vary so once someone has a firm understanding of the rough timeline, at least throughout the Old Testament leading to Jesus in the gospels and context correctly understood there’s not much of how things are worded that are wildly more than one different thing in a given phrase as far as possible interpretations, I know for example the book of exodus, if you ask any first Hebrew scholar The original text for the sin of killing was actually thou shall not murder. It was clear that the word used in the Hebrew text. What is the Hebrew word for murder not for kill. There’s some examples like that . The only difference is a killl isn’t necessarily a sin, but a murderer always is or killing for money. You can just for five killing a person in self-defense, and God will except this as noticing if you were defending yourself, and the person tried killing you
@timg7627 Says:
So he has no answer only a smoke screen of nonsense. As usual
@MrEric1177 Says:
That is the stupidest argument I’ve ever heard.
@AquinasBased Says:
He has a faulty theology he believes in sola scriptura. If he was orthodox he could defend this.
@marknichol8167 Says:
Man never has an actual answers, only word salads.
@curiouscurious6558 Says:
Always word games, HOW MANY DIFFERENT TRANSLATIONS OF INTERPRETATIONS. king james rewrote the bible to his own like to maintain his choke hold on his people

@johnchambers9836 Says:
How to not answer a question
@abdulazizyalahow Says:
Haha 😂 seriously 😐😮😳 lol 😂 listen to the question again why don't you explain it to make the person to understand theirs mushiness in the Bible lol 🤣
@user-fc8iz4xn6x Says:
The Bible is self explanitory.
@aRF06 Says:
Dont worry jesus deaded for your sins.
@mrwhitestone7461 Says:
Hebrews 4:12 NKJV — For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
@CounterApologeticsWithNara Says:
This is so dumb. There is a key difference. You could just ask the person to clarify what they mean. But with the bible you can't ask the authors what they meant. So you have to guess. Unless you believe the bible has only literal interpretations.
@TheNightmareTroll Says:
why is it so hard to accept what God said in his book? you wanted to say why God don’t speak to us but yet you don’t listen to what he wanted us to know. jesus loves you and wants to save you, and he’s coming soon!
@chiloandchepo Says:
Christians let's admit it the bible and the churches had be tampered Freemasons and roman Catholic influence. Same w scripture. Jesus is still God and Savior. Even if bible is perverted
@otiswilson2696 Says:
Take what the Bible says face value? Bring up Slavery in the book of Exodus or Leviticus. It was explicitly tells you how to enslave those from the nations around you, how you should treat Hebrew and Non Hebrew slaves, and how you can pass them down to your kids, because they are your property. You know what kind of response you’ll get? “You’re taking it out of context” or “your interpretation is wrong” Interpretation only seems to matter to theist when it favors them.
@MH55YT Says:
Could you be any more confusing to her simple question? You are the reason I am a nonbeliever. Thank you
@JackChessa Says:
Que cazzo?
@justinhand4518 Says:
bible babble babbling.
@G_Moreno89 Says:
That's why one must read the whole Bible, because it all connects and makes sense entirely. Example: Matthew 28:19 was commanded by the Lord, and it was obeyed/fulfilled in Acts 2:38. We see the Gospels are all different views, yet the same story. There's many more connections but we must be in prayer and fasting to get the true revelation of the word as we go. Because we must remember the parable of the sower, that's a reality and why so many are confused or why we have so many denominations.
@kelvinloeb812 Says:
Turek "In other words I'm going to shift the burden of proof and spew some nonsense. Has everyone forgotten the original question? Good let's move on."
@luthermosley8315 Says:
ONLY GOD HOLY SPIRIT GIVES SCRIPTURE ITS INTENDED MEANING; INTERPRETATION. NONE IS NEITHER ( ABLE ) NOR ( ALLOWED ) TO GIVE THEIR OWN MEANING ---- WE CAN ONLY [ DISCOVER ] HIS HOLY MEANINGS : BY " SEARCHING THE SCRIPTURES " ; TO SEE HOW THEY EXPLAIN AND CONFIRM ----------- THEIR OWN INTERPRETATION -------- (( all teachers / translators must be aware ))✝️
@homophilosofikus8215 Says:
Why anybody listens to this guy is beyond me
@dls64 Says:
Because the bible is made up. It's a book of fairytales. Or do you want us to take all fiction as real?
@olofandreasson7256 Says:
The bibel😂😂😂😂. I believe more in the ikea catalog.
@danbailey2964 Says:
The king of double-speak and hot air.
@PortmanRd Says:
Old earth Creationists would say that everything prior to "Let there be light" is open to interpretation as at no point does it actually say how long it took to make the earth. Some even putting forward the theory that dinosaurs were pre-Genesis, and that the Asteroid was heaven sent, thus "Let there be light"
@hssIceland Says:
LOL, he got REAL defensive REAL fast, oh and he said "interpret" way to often.
@St.Pa-al Says:
he's quite wise... impressive.
@SCar86MALE Says:
You have to meet Holy Spirit to Understand The Bible. JESUS EVEN SAID THAT
@questioneveryclaim1159 Says:
It's not just the interpretations. It's also translations and our earliest sources are mere fragments. The trinity is deduced not explicitly stated. A person speaks with "one voice". One can ask for clarification from a person to be univocal. One cannot ask a text a question. One can only interpret a text. The Bible speaks with many voices as there are many authors of the books. It lacks univocality. Frank pivots from question and makes it about us vs them rather than addressing the question. There was a conflict between Paul and Peter (Cephas) in Galatians 2:11-14. We do not have Peter's response to Paul. How can we know or interpret what Peter said?
@MrCapolupo Says:
A close relationship with Christ includes correct interpretation of scripture because doctrine matters. And if we come to the wrong conclusion about scripture we will believe false doctrines which is dangerous. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭ There is only one true interpretation of scripture and that is by the one who inspired the scriptures, the Holy Spirit- “knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬-‭21‬
@GSpotter63 Says:
The only accurate or true interpretation of any Bible verse is the one intended by the author not you or me.
@SupremeSquiggly Says:
Haha Turek yet again showing his abysmal ability to reason and educate.
@dylanw6303 Says:
I think it would also be a good question to ask “define interpretation” or “what do you mean by interpretation?”
@PInk77W1 Says:
He completely screwed that up. The CHURCH has ruled that the Trinity is Truth. Period. End of story. “The CHURCH is the ground and pillar of TRUTH” 1 Tim 3:15
@williamnerbonne7146 Says:
One interpretation, many applications.
@marroonrider3193 Says:
why defend your faith to non-believers?
@pauls.6360 Says:
Yes please, let's talk in circles once more about which interpretation of superstitious nonsense is more correct.
@keibro13 Says:
The bible is a series of stories and metaphors open to individual interpretation. That is work each individual must do, rather than have it handed on a plate. If you listen to what others say you will never learn for yourself.
@roostercogburn6414 Says:
No.
