almost finished with the entire game except valhalla content.
honestly i came in expecting the same thing as the first ps4 version and i wasnt going to be disappointed if it was and this game surprised me in a very good way. it was a top tier game that had a lot of daunting fights that really made me feel like god of war jajaja cx
anyways, yeah dude the fights were so satisfying and i loved the part where thor killed me and brought me back to life and then threw me and got down with me in mid air. yeah i had more than one time that feeling like "holy shit how am i going to do this?" and winning the fight was an absolute win. btw i played the whole game first time on give me god of war so yeah but at least this time i didnt just go straight for the main story like the last god of war.

Loki being impregnated by a horse is a real story from Norse mythology. Pretty sure it was the horse used by a builder who the aesir hired to build a wall round Asgard, and Loki in horse form lured the horse off so he wouldn’t finish in time and thus they wouldn’t have to pay his harsh price. He was then gone for many months, like he usually was fathering all sorts of odd creatures - like the world serpent, Hel and fenrir

This is my favorite dunk video. It show's his incredible ability to review games while making it entertaining. I've watched this video numerous times because it makes me feel like I'm getting to enjoy the game all over again. The editing is second to none as well. The opening close up on Kratos had me almost jump out of my chair. So much emotion and inner turmoil being communicated without any dialogue. Acting in video games have never been better.

My only 2 big complaints about this game is that the angraboda section drags on too long. And at the end the characters are talking/shipping atreus with her when i felt he and thrud has better chemistry

Greatest story I have ever experienced, all the way from 2018 I’ve been glued to my seat waiting for the conclusion to this amazing series. The fact Elden Ring won GOTY over this is so puzzling to me and I’ve beaten that game 3 times. I cried like a baby at the end of this game, never before has any piece of media ever made me feel the way this story did. A truly epic conclusion to an epic series. Can’t wait for the next game

Man, coming back after finally playing it myself and I couldn't disagree more.
Pacing was awful, combat is decent but its weighed down by pretty bad encounter design, enemy variety only marginally better than the first game, wildly inconsistent tone compared to the first game and the story in general was just so meandering and dull, even Ragnarok itself was uninteresting to play through.
Valhalla had none of those problems though and is actually 10/10.

Fun fact. The squirrel is voiced by ProZD. I always loved his clips here on YouTube, but to know he made it to the big leagues with his voice acting is incredible.

This game was Amazing, the only thing is i found the boss battles to be too easy. I'm not sure if its because i had the difficulty on low.
