I don't care what anyone says, this game is awesome :) Loved it as a kid, played again recently and still loved it. If you approach games with a guide and 100% checklist on your second monitor then yep, probably annoying. But that's your choice.

This game was fucking hard to beat, that Nintendo coin made me depressed. Also in my save I got bugged out of the last golden banana so I could not 100% it. Awesome game but the extreme backtracking can get exhausting.

It came from a time when games were ment to be played not beaten. It wasn’t meant to burn through a game and on to the next one. It was meant to take years. Every Kong felt earned. Every banana felt deserved. One of my favorite games and I never beat it.

Dont think I ever beat this. Played it mostly in 2004. Multiplayer was fun in the early 2000s.
