This Twitter story is my favorite modern comedic greek tragedy.
As onlookers we see the hero (Elon) get tempted but then he is unable to resist the temptation. Everybody expects him to fail royally, it's obvious for everybody. But just as in the greek tragedy, the hero is blinded by his success / idea / Obsession and it gets a train-wreck that is just beautifully tragic to watch.

Groups and banks lent him the money to buy Twitter - he did not use his own money - he just leveraged the company
Now the Hight Street banks that he brokered the money from at high street rates - not one was fool enough to lend to him off the market or at discount rates - have never been able to offset or sell that debt on even at any price but they where looking at 80%.
One Hight Street Bank just the other week had to revalue the company/assets/loans every 12 weeks - thus their value of Twitter has fallen from 50% of 44bn to only now worth 25%.
The only bill Twitter is paying is the money lent to the company...
They could have a bill of 7.5bn from the FCC due to all the laws they have broken.
They needed to spend billions on sacking workers which was against many laws employment laws worldwide (he even broke CA employment laws). - 100% lost in court to the company which could run into many billions + court and lawyers costs (maybe he is too thick to remember even in the USA his lawyers have to pay for everything)
He needs to settle the end-of-contact costs, court costs, eviction costs, lawyers costs and other people layers costs on the Dublin office building, London office building and a number of the USA office buildings including the HQ in CA. - All of this is another 100% lost in court to the company which could run into many billions.
Add to the above. are the many supply companies to Twitter he refused to pay thus him and his company will be put on a blacklist and only will be supplied with cash on delivery bases or invoiced before anything gets done - And you got this already - another 100% lost in court to the company which could run into many millions.
QED: The company at best even before a fire sale is worth 11bn they borrowed 44bn (they paid back 12bn so far in capital and interest - some look like they converted to stock capital - but high street banks tend not to do this type of things).
So with loans of 13bn (apparently still outstanding) and fines and court costs upwards of 10bn+ = 23bn and the company on the good day looking like 11bn - it's bad.
with figures like this companies that are owned money will be asking for that money now.

They have decided that their mindless worshiping of someone appointed as the Tech Jesus is the greatest contribution they can make. But this Twitter thing and other decisions show that even Musk must be extremely stupid, not just a fraudster. Just think about the many real valuable things he should have bought for the vaporware money. He buys Twitter which never had this value. But it was clear that due to his controversies, Twitter ads revenues would drop dramatically. I surely emphasized it from the first moment he thought about the purchase. Was he really that dumb not to get these things? When Tesla is overvalued by a factor of 20 or so, didn't he have an idea to actually acquire a company that is analogously undervalued? Apparently no. He is just good at playing a Tech Jesus for the dumb and he is just another stupid Musk fan, too!
