If y’all want a different style interview, look up Aaron. Many podcasters have lengthy ones with the laughing and the crying. This is a gem because it’s analytical and serious. It’s truly next level.
@GreenWitchApothecary Says:
I’ve seen Aaron’s many many interviews and I love this because it is so technical and professional lol. Must feel like serious work as Jordan is so sincere in understanding this.

I suspect that Hubbard got the idea of spirits attaching to people from traditional Chinese medicine. In ancient and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), mental illnesses were often attributed to possession by "ghosts" (gui) or evil spirits, alongside imbalances in qi (vital energy), yin-yang, and the five elements

L Ron Hubbard wrote more science fiction books than anyone else on the planet as far as I know. How can people fail to understand that a science fiction writer can write a completely fictional religion? The Dune franchise could be converted into a religion if someone really wanted to. It’s just crazy stuff

@janethfox8205 Says:
How does Aron is free from harm from scientology by going to all this places and exposed all the evil scientology is doing?
@janethfox8205 Says:
One time In I went to a so called church of science and felt evil spirits in the room , I just asked a few questions and realized that is definitely not a place I would like to be a member of...I can only imagine those trapped in that false religion.

Half of this is Jordan Peterson interviewing Aaron Smith Levin. Half is Jordan Peterson interviewing Jordan Peterson.
@jeffmiller9092 Says:
I am absolutely amazed that there are people who buy into this foolishness.

"Being woke is more crazy than being a scientologist" lmao
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
keep in mind Christianity warns us not to throw our pearls before swine… However it does also have a similar Rider, that when you have a dispute with someone you should resolve it personally, if you can't then bring someone else as a sounding board, and if that doesn't work then discuss it with the church, but if nothing works Some Christian writings to suggest avoiding those who are anti-Christian. Which is really freaky. But I think revenge probably isn't your best motive. Maybe there is something deeper which could be considered altruistic or serving a higher power
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
The culture of disconnecting from anyone who is not a Scientologist, how do you pay your electric bill? Do they have a Scientology electric company? If you have to interact with the world, how does that work? Shouldn't you just be filing knowledge reports dealing with your reactive family members? It seems like Scientology might do better if they didn't spend so much time controlling Freedom of association. Is it like Amway do you have to shop at the Scientology market? I guess it's OK to buy real estate from non-members?
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
When you mentioned the culture of informing on each other, it's interesting that Jesus says judge not lest ye be judged. It's harder to inform on people if you're not judgmental.
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
I have to say that remote viewing appears to be more of a gift than a skill. Although it's hard to say whether one is dreaming or remote viewing. This is because if you could prove that your remote viewing, it might damage the timeline. What's the prevent you from doing the future, if you are… Because if you knew the future you would have already changed it… How hard is it gonna be to get back To the original future that you viewed? It reminds me of that scene from blade runner… Tyrell says "the facts of life…" There's are some pretty interesting facts
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
The idea that we live in a world where positive thinking can control a random number generator… Has a lot of interest. It means that peoples greed and desires are interfering with reality pushing it their way, imagine everybody pushing reality their own way. Thank goodness there's a higher power. It's bad enough that people actually do unfair trade and all sorts of bad things. All crime is theft you know . but imagine all the desires, pushing reality in directions the conflict with your own. This is why it is so important to love one another, because everybody loves them self. We already got that part. Now if we could just harmonize, they would be heaven on earth… Or at least If you understand the many worlds theory… There's a lot more between heaven and earth that is dreamt of in our philosophy.
@TheGreatTimSheridan Says:
Getting clear might not be such a good idea for oppressive or antisocial people. That would just help them to do harm. The real goal is to get in touch with Christian values, which are kind of scientific in that they make sense. But there's a few details about the totality of creation that we would have to get from outside of our reasoning machinery. Why wouldn't God appear as just one guy.
@nerdyali4154 Says:
The opening clip was rich. Aaron Smith-Levin is a manipulative abuser who manipulates women into relationships and uses them, gaslights them and verbally abuses them, a coercive control freak. He was ejected from the Aftermath Foundation for his behaviour and then he whipped up a smear campaign against a terminally ill Mike Rinder and against Leah Remini. He is always the teary victim though, the slightly bad teddy bear who is just misunderstood. Scientology tends to induce the narcissistic personality of Hubbard in it''s victims but Smith-Levin would probably have been this way anyway. No, I am not an OSA plant, Scientology is a destructive mind control cult that destroys lives and needs to have it's tax exempt status removed now. Truth is that occasionally those Scientology personal attack sites aren't all lies.

@dejanferrara8237 Says:
It does make sense tho if you think how we evolved from apes. If spirits n consciousness went into only some apes to make adam n eve? You gotta remember Hubbard was deep in military and problem secret space programs before he started this. You gotta ask where he got this knowledge, no matter how crazy it sounds! I don't think he told the whole truth tho, most military men don't, so he probably just gave us hints ? Idk 😮 Why would some apes become men but some didn't? That's the ultimate question

There has been a lot of chaos and controversy that's followed Aaron over the last year. Multiple allegations of abuses from multiple ppl - and the ex-Scientology movement/community that splintered apart due to Aarons behavior, as called out by Aftermath Foundation leaders. He was fired from the foundation he helped to create. A lot of ppl supported Aaron and put a lot of trust in him - over even the likes of Leah Remini and Mike Rinder. After a number of incidents of bad behaviors and another involving his mistreatment of women this past week, he has lost thousands of subs - thousands that were loyal to him and supported him and who had given him grace for past transgressions. It finally was too much for many and the community has been hit once again with the question.. "what am I willing to support?" He continues to do damage to a community he says he wants to help. That's interesting to me. He feels like he is "best" to lead it or be "THE" face of it or offer an alternative to the foundation that fired him, but continues to behave in a way that brings shame and causes discord within the space that he feels he's a savior in. It's interesting to note that although in this interview, Aaron is very well spoken, intelligent and cognizant of the effects the cult has had on him and his life, he is unwilling to seek therapy - even in the face of his house of cards falling. Aaron was very happy to participate in this interview with a renowned psychologist but it seems he still hangs onto that cult distrust and dislike of psychology - even though Hubbard clearly stole ideas from that modality. It's also interesting to see how he speaks on personal accountability when it seems he will on a very surface level admit wrongdoing, whilst simultaneously blaming others, and he has great difficulty accepting the consequences of his actions. Boy what a difference a year can make... Nonetheless... another great interview from Dr. Peterson. I truly hope Aaron chooses therapy/treatment 🙏

I feel it’s incumbent upon you to revisit your interview(s) with ASL after the very recent and publicly revealed betrayal of Jenna Miscavage. Aaron Smith Levin deserves to be put under the microscope and I absolutely feel you and your investigative style are perfect for uncovering his putrid behavior. Please expose Aaron Smith Levin for the obviously reprehensible and dangerous behavior he utilizes within the Anti-Scientology movement.
@Dumpsterfiremarriage Says:
Aaron is an exceptional person and the fact that the powers that be in Clearwater would not allow him to be on city council illustrates the grip this cult has on Clearwater and in Clearwater City Council and city staff members, including the police force.

@moosemaster96 Says:
Nirvana is the state he refers to in regards to the Buddha, not bodhi. the bodhi tree is where Siddhartha meditated and subsisted on a grain of rice a day until he became enlightened. And it shows Hubbards lack of understanding because achieving "enlightenment" doesn't magically send you to this nirvana in some rapturesque fashion, nor is it a permanent location. Nirvana is just one plane within what's called "samsara" which is closest described as existence
@JuniperTreee Says:
Is this like theta healing? Does anyone know what that is? It sounds thebsame around 26 minute minus the cult.

I hate the word “cult.” I don’t agree with Scientology, but cult? According to the fbi, it doesn’t qualify. We don’t call other beliefs cults. Yeah. They’re odd to me, but a cult is difficult to escape from. I enjoy interfaith dialog. I’m LDS and my sweetheart is a Baptist. They don’t seem to be running around, using drugs and killing people.
