yes everything from nature is good. MEat is definitely not necessary in your diet. We can live long healthy and fulfilled lives without meat. I am concerned about this carnivore diet as it seems to lack in other areas

A diet for pregnant women from the late 40s and early 50s nursing text book stated you needed at least one egg a day. Until the push of the still never proven lipid hypothesis and the obesity causing food pyramid, people knew eggs were important. The same diet also had meat, fish, poultry and cheese in unlimited amounts. It only had 2 servings of grains, but if you put on too much poundage you needed to remove them.
