OMG I got the 'lithium mining is like minting money' Musk ad while watching this. 😀 Cited over 3,000 times. Wish I could fail like that. Anyway, here's a CLICK! 😎

I love how the cope is always the same between all the anti-whatever people, NIMBY, anti-transit, anti-affordable housing, and-density, anti-mixed us… it’s always basically “NUH UH YOUR DUMB AND BAD AND SILLY”. It’s always just poorly disguised copium.

12:33 I started to watch your channel in 2007, and I'm still coming back. Yeah, your brand is really sturdy 🙂

Funny that Musk fans seemed to enjoy your content when taking down religion, But dislike the takedown of their God.

Elizabeth Holmes: "We can accurately estimate the number of quarters in this jar by sampling a volume that is less than a quarter. Chem 101 Students: That's not how anything works. Elon: We can make this work because I know more about estimating than anyone else on earth. We just need to wait until right before our quarterly earning reports are due.

Please. Go down that Rabbit Hole when you can find the time. The whole nine yards, like a science paper in YouTube format. Graphs, references, interviews... The whole nine yards. Might be a mega project, but I think I speak for many it would be welcomed like the cynical Neil deGrasse Tyson supercut.

Hrhr, btw, still around in whatever european country you were in according to these... uhm, crazy people that's in love with mr. Musssssssssk.... *pukes* Pardon my musk. ;) Sadly, I grew up during the 80s also ;P and i have the same views about mr. Musssssssk as you, probably even worse views about the old money boer. Swedish anti-neo-nazi morons ;P hence why i do not like mr. Mussssssk much, he hasn't really invented anything, he just invests in different markets with... other peoples money ;D oh, Elon bought everything... and didnt really come up with anything worth anything... the people who built the first tesla car, including figuring out a name... who never even got mentioned in any interview with musk. It's just sad how he's rolling over people and stealing ideas and kicking them out a few years later. Btw, what's wrong with Elon when he keeps saying he's a philantrope or whatever, dude wouldn't give anyone anything for free, he's a bloody narcissist. Cheers, Phil. //#1733 SSvB

Critical thinking is great and I appreciate (and enjoy) all your videos. The question is: how can we use our critical thinking capacity to create REAL progress, not FAKE? In my quest for REAL, underrated technology, I found only one field (so far): nuclear fission. Let's fight for it together.
@becksy539 Says:
What Musk should do next, and i've wondered why nobody has thought of it before, and i am stupid for posting the idea on youtube as i could probbaly make millions from it, but hell, i'm all for the human race ......................well, here is my idea, what he should do, or scientists should do, is to invent a pill, that you just drop into tap water, and it turns the water into Petrol!!!, why nobody has thought of this idea just defeats me, what are these so called research sicentists and pioneers actually doing all day, remember me Thunderlegs, i could have made you millions with this one simple easy fix to the global energy crisis

that noble promo video with the old scientist guy is hilarious! Almost waiting for the punchline in it.

@rhondajohnson2725 Says:
"He has no patents and writes papers that 99.999% of the population will never read" is applicable to almost all scientists. That was such a ridiculous argument! Most people will never read a single scientific paper. And, most scientists will never have a single patent. It is just irrelevant.
@HippiePirates Says:
I’ve been an engineer for 30+ years and have successfully launched startups but the pile of failures I have is far greater than the successes. Most of the time it is the way it goes. Great new ideas that have a pay check after the time and money investment are difficult or we would all be in the top 1%. Maybe the next idea? Probably not but it is something to try when you wake in the morning. New business is research and learning. Not sure why you knock it. Your a ph d and Ty Warner is a felon and billionaire who made fn beanie babies
@BrainWasherAttendent Says:
It would be great to see this channel debunk the endless fake science that everyone believes without question. I suspect he wouldn’t go there, because most have that blind spot and cannot fathom questioning the actual nature of this world to that degree.
@3dprintinglady Says:
Funny you used ricin as example - ricin oil has been (and is still) widely used as skincare in Poland and many Eastern European/ post Soviet block countries due to its rejuvenating and antibacterial properties - maybe if Noble Panacea used ricin instead of „green ingredients” and pseudoscience, they would have come up with a product that actually did something other than moisturize skin for 300 USD 🤣
@FreddyMacT Says:
Marc Andreessen is such a sad loser though, conehead always has the typical Libertarian views but can't really expand on them, he feels persecuted atm so any billionaire is a friend or someone he looks up to. I think of any billionaire Marc is the saddest of them all, Thiel at least has machiavellian ambitions in which you really have to be careful with the direction he's going. Musk the lackey just wants to be popular but the more he reveals the worse he looks. And Marc is just trying his hardest to stand out, but he's the dullest of all of them.
@EricGray-zr2es Says:

America has become a nation that not only celebrates failure as success, but actually idolizes it. When confronted with the reality of failure many Americans simply delude themselves into believing that it was actually a success. Pointing any of this out to them results in aggressive and angry responses that attempt to turn the tables by labeling you as a hater. Elon seems to be financing an army of sycophants who scour social media for anyone critical of Musk. I've encountered many of them lately. It's clear to me that the Twitter purchase was really just a self serving attempt to suppress criticism of him and the companies he controls. The vanity part is of course important to him as well but it's more of a bonus than being able to control the narrative. You would think that Elon would be tired of being wrong so often by now.
@cr-qo3ov Says:
If Elon Musk was so smart he would come up with a anti-gravity car electric cars been around since 1920 and the carbon offset of just the mining the batteries they do nothing for the environment that is just a liberal agenda narrative that's why other auto manufacturers can't even sell the electric vehicles that they have in stock nobody wants them and the majority of Americans can't even afford one in the electric grid in this country could you imagine Texas or California everybody plugging in electric carts same time they can't even run their air conditioners on a hot day
@00Zy99 Says:
@29:00 Is it just me, or does that old guy talking about women while walking around looking like that seem kind of sleazy and creepy. Also, I am offering you a challenge-discuss the legitimate engineering achievements in Cybertruck. See the Carmudgeon Show for examples (such as a new way of doing the wiring). I'm not saying that Cybertruck isn't stupidly, offensively, Cybertruck-y. But I always say that you should try to find the good things in something. The destruction of Sydney's tram network gave us the Opera House. And so on. It's always important to examine your views and stretch your intellectual muscles. So, the challenge: Find some legitimate technological innovations in what Tesla has made. Examine them. Discuss their flaws, but also their good sides.
