@scottjackson3446 Says:
Great conversation and I learned a lot of valuable information! Jordon doesn’t do interviews with others; he does conversations. And I don’t mind it because I learn just as much from Jordan as I do from his guests.

Peterson hates simplicity.
@its4yourowngood_yvfw Says:
Jordan's scope he can put on a subject is taking voss a bit outside of his particular focus. Voss is a nugget but as an interviewer you gotta facilitate that.
Im not halfway through this video and i dont know if voss will be allowed a conversation that invites his expertise to the party. Jordan has gotta real it in.
@purpose_driven_wellness Says:
Love that discussion. But what if you are trying this approach and get told to "shut up and do as told" and then get harassed and gaslighted until you leave on your own? Not all companies value employees who want to contribute...
@paimonhmusic Says:
It would be great to listen to Voss, but Peterson, as brilliant as he is, can't make interviews. He should just keep talking to himself or an imaginary person. Jordan - don't do interviews, here you came over as complete insecure guy who tries to prove he knows something in talk with someone who actually knows a lot on negotiation. Time wasted on Peterson blah blah blah

It's answers might surprise you... And humanity as a whole.
I mean... ideally.
Hopefully...

Clicked on this cuz Jordan is a genius, but I also started a new career recently. I’m about 6 weeks into training, and the guy hired me with multiple positive reinforcing factors but the money was offered at a low rate. I was thrilled with my interviewing technique and agreed before thinking. I back tracked quickly, and he was all too good at shutting it down. Well, okay, I thought. I don’t have to waste my entire life here but I do want the training, skills and tools I can gain from this. Unfortunately, my trainer is a bummer to ride with. Conversation is minimal, hours are long and if I were any younger I would have quit because it is not a positive relationship towards an end goal that benefits both of us. In fact, my age allows me to care for the time he wastes not interacting with me in a way that also benefits him. Any way, training is almost over, the long drawn out misery I’ve endured with this guy has encouraged me to really get to the bottom of what my hiring manager expects of the future. It’s tricky because I think for him in a sense, but with good reason! Yet, he may not see the same end, so for the sake of nihilism I must give up and scream my head off while knocking shit over the day I decide to quit. Lol, but in all honesty, Jordan’s knowledge should be installed in everyone and we should all behave. Cuz 6 weeks is a bloody long time. And I gained the skills, tools and knowledge to make more money somewhere else. What kind of world is this, the misbehaved? No, the chosen to do anything but what is maximally beneficial for the end result of human progress if there is such a thing, so I’ll just go back to making my poor blue collar salary and we’ll see

Thank you jordan. I enjoyed this interview.
5:11 and 130:01 chris tried playing jp. First time jordan was graceful and second time chris was.
Jordan overspoke because he does and chris also has an incredible ego. Basically two huge monsters interacting at a awsome level.
And what a great message at the end.

Most people are not negotiating with a "C" level person. The key is raising "a thought" of the potential of that position you are considering and how you can elevate, advance and achieve goals at that position.

Better to not go Nickty knocking
Upon that door I once did so often
Better to not go a looking
For the one that's rickity rockn
Fore tis a danger in mine heart and mind abound and t-would
Sitting in mine house alone
With mine faithful dogs together as one
Wonder me knotted
What a happens if I twer to go Nickty knocking
Upon that door I once frequentend oh so often…..
Knowing that only mine own downfall assured
Thus I sit knowing thusly
In mine heart and soul;
Better to sit foreloned alone
Then to go a knocking upon that door of pieces powders alcoholic over powers too great fortold once moore
Knowing absurdly to my own absurdity
That if I were to go a kicky knockn upon that door
that my life again shalt fall apart
To Steps made towards that PARTICULAR doorstep;
Would bring about black and green spots of bruises
And beaten soul fallen into bits and pieces
Knowing after a multitude of fractures
beaten into mine memory banks a lotted,
Aching bones and fractured pieces
Of mine life and shattered pieces
Once again history shalt bee repeated;
If I were to dare be so stupid!
As to darken that stoop again
Thus I know beyond a shadow
Best to stay away from such as there
Fore if I go a Nickty knocking no matter the excuse my mind might politely offer as inzaine sound judgement.
Fore but a knock and darkening of my shadow upon the steps
Of the place I once was known to toast the most
Alone in peace instead of surrounded with body's bits and pieces minds broken and numbed till dumb beyond all reason
In my weakness I drove close just to see this
And remember the wiseness of a raven crowing
In my mind
Nevermore
So with gravely weight upon mine shoulders
I turned and drove myself home
Thankful forever my presence of mind
That I did so before I dated
To darken that stoop once more
Smarter than to go a Nickty knocking
Sitting in the peaceful silence
Knowing today forever GREATFUL that I am a little smarter than those days not so long departed
That I would have gone a Nickty Knocking
Thus today I have the grave of one more under mine belt of smarter choice
Even though I felt the attraction
I knew better and chose to follow myself back to safety from that place of shattered power
Pieces and powders
Alcholcholic delusional blindness
No I said before such suicide
I shan't go there
Not again
No Nickty knocking
Amen

Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don’t feel alone anymore. What really helped me start overcoming the pain and actually move toward my goals was reading Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers, it opened my eyes in ways I didn’t expect. Always remember, don’t be depressed about the past, don’t worry about the future, and just focus on today. ❤

need to share this because it changed everything. was stuck in the same patterns for years - overthinking, self-doubt, feeling blocked. heard about this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers in a podcast and the quantum physics approach to manifestation finally made things click. 3 weeks after reading: noticed synchronicities everywhere, opportunities flowing naturally, and my mindset completely shifted. if you're feeling stuck like i was, the frequency alignment method in this book works. still amazed at how different life feels
