“Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our struggle is ultimately spiritual. War is a tragic necessity only when it restrains greater evil and protects the innocent. I seek to serve Christ’s army with wisdom, discipline, and the Rules for the Discernment of Spirits.”

I just watched two of these videos with Bishop Barren back to back. One from 5 yrs ago and one from 2 yrs ago (this video, it’s 2026 for me). Something that is so cool and nice to see is that Jordan actually answers his own questions in his newer video that he asked to the Bishop in the older video. In the older one, he asked why Christ’s sacrifice on the cross was the ultimate praise to God. In this video, he connected praise to sacrifice through the use of Cain and Abel. Then followed the thread of sacrifice to Jesus who reveals that the best praises to God come through the best possible sacrifice of the one least possibly required to give a sacrifice, for the people who are least deserving of such sacrifice. When Jordan had the revelation that the Father and the Son are the same being for the reason laid out around specifically at 44:56, it was nice because it made it seem like so much clicked for him in one moment.

I’ve always been surprised that when people read the story of Adam and Eve, they search for deep hidden meanings while ignoring what lies on the surface. Why not read this passage as something simply written by a human being?
In other parts of the Bible—among the prophets and in the New Testament—there are often explicit statements that these are the words of God addressed to people. But Genesis does not say this.
If you read the story of Adam and Eve, for example, as if it were a mother explaining to her child what life will be like when he grows up, the story suddenly becomes very organic. At first the child is in a wonderful garden where everything is mysterious. He is learning to speak. His mother tells him not to do certain things—but then someone else appears and advises the opposite.
The child discovers that there is such a thing as good and such a thing as evil. From that moment on he can no longer feel whole. For the rest of his life he tries to return to that earlier state—when he did not yet know good and evil—to a fullness of life that has now become unreachable.

Modern humans have existed for about 200,000+ years, and Jesus gave his teachings about 2,000 years ago. Do the math, please.
Moses received the ten commandments 3,500 years ago for the one chosen tribe. At that time, there were approximately 1,800 tribes in North, South, and Central America. Tens of thousands of tribes in the world never heard of Moses and Jesus. There were 10 thousand inhabited islands in the Pacific Ocean, and about 600 to 1,000 tribes in Australia.

The word God has a similarity and proximity to the sound and meaning of the word "Code." In many mythologies "God" or "god" does not have one face or meaning a multitude of names and disguises and details through which the entity is revealed through examination of many details in many iterations. The fragments of this whole entity are revealed when these pieces are decoded and compared over space and time to see how they fit together.

This is my first time hearing Bishop Baron speak and I have the upmost respect for him based on this video. I am not trying to start a controversy here but can someone help me understand how he is a Catholic and is against idolatry? He said it clearly here in this talk and I believe his sincerity, but it is confusing to me as the Catholic Bible removes the second commandment about idolatry (and splits the 10th commandment in two) and they pray to saints.

Owed to the unions
Great-grandpa Webster
Stood up against his own family
Stating a simple thing;
All should consider carefully before Brash actions;
What if it were me?
What if it were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do;
to those that you turn out
Into the cold
What if it were me?
What if it were you?
What if it those were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Great-grandpa E.B. Webster worked the family farm
Family owned the mines
He worked on so hard
With a drill bit they called
The widow-maker
One day great-grandpa went up the mine shaft
To gather the lunch warming up on the flame
When he returned his partner had lost his life
Head sheared fully off
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out;
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Great grandpa EB watched his own family turn out his partners wife and kids
From the mining camp
Though she worked the luncheon lining
Ain't got a man to work inside the mining shaft
And great grandpa Webster said that just ain't right
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do;
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Great-grandpa Ernest Brasher took his hat off his head,
Passed it round the camp
Took up a collection
Gave it to his fallen partners wife and kids
Then he stood up upon a mere soapbox
Great-grandpa EB helped start the first Canadian union
Fore which he himself paid dearly for
Kicked out of five provinces as well as three States
Kicked out of the family and the fortune and inheritance
All because he stood up against his own family
Dared to say
Dared to ask
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Many take the welfare system, Employment insurance and simple CPP retirement for granted.
And yet my bloodline fought and died to ensure that was our rights
Many do not know EXACTLY how hard and how much those RIGHTS even cost.
How many men died from unsafe working conditions?
How many kids were orphaned and woman subsequently sold into PROSITUTION?
All so the owners of the mines and business got richer as they saw the rest as less then
How many of us have died for such as this?
Why now have we forgot?
Why now is our country casting the lot
To see the workers as dispensable?
To forget that our head courters of our union is in the states?
To control our boarders having Canada monitor their side and American monitor ours?
Peace and safety is made in such ways.
With just a simple question
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Rising up minimum wage and forgetting our own government employees to starve and yet require them to man the guardian walls and keep our lands safe
To tax the American and them is we brew a war on our combined lands
Forget not we say but once a year
Yet sadly look at our country's state of affairs
The rich get richer
The poor get poorer
Burning books and lower that bar of education lower and lower
How have we forgot the Russian revolution?
Natives tearing down monuments and deleting our own history
Those that delete history and turn a blind eye
Have sadly not learned rather ensure that the evilness of history once again shalt repeat
So I ask you today the same simple thing my great grandpa dared stand up upon a soapbox and demand;
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
A Canadian wrote the American ANYTHEM and an American wrote the Canadian ANYTHEM
We GIFT the song to each other's people at sacred places such as the Olympics.
Canadaian play in American sports
Americans play in Canadian sports
Thus when the Olympics place medals for either country
Those our the heros we have both cheered fore
Canadian peacekeepers service in America military Army and airforce
Together we protect this great land of ours.
This peace started by each person daring to ask ourselves
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?
Today for the first time I saw two unions banding together
Building strength by joining their numbers
Forgetting the lines and boarders that decide.
Instead of thinking if they win our side gets less.
Remembering for once what happened when the world stood still.
When all unions strike at once
My God that was when things ACTUALLY started to get done
Fore though you may be a cop and your wife a nurse
Your child might decide to join a trade or possibly fearfully worse
Join the peacecore or even more
Join the army, Navy or airforce
Are any part of the body less than the one you yourself employ?
Dear me what if you or your child dared get sick?
Or loose their job?
Or become too old or disabled and unable to be employed?
I dare say you might require the support of another section of our great country we live in.
You may need welfare
You may need employment insurance
You might need a doctor or a retirement fund
If Canada is attacked who do we turn to yet our big American brother south of the boarder
If America is attacked they seek sister Canada's support. If both are attacked we seek our parents in the UK and United Nations internationally.
Together we stand
Decided we doom our future generations into the slavery we fought so hard to retreat from.
So this day
I stand as my great grandpa EB Webster once did
Upon my soapbox as preachers once did
I stand up against terraniy
Not from evil of one peoples, places, nor things
Rather I seek to ask you to search within each of our hearts, souls and minds
I DARE you to ask yourself one simple thing
Simple to ask
Much harder to face and answer.
Yet tis the fate of the whole entire human race
To dare look withing and see
The ying and yang all must one day face
Within every evil there is a drop of good
Within every good there is a drop of evil
Ignore that drop and the whole turns sour
So today I dare to face the truth and hold you to become a little better today than you were yesterday
Dare to be an outstretched hand for someone fallen facing the worst day of their life
Sometimes as simple as a hug or a smile
Holding a hand or possibly a simple kindness
Gundi said be the change you wish to see in the world
Least we forget
Better still choose to remember daily instead of one day a year
So I leave you with this mere simple question
What if that were me?
What if that were you?
What if those were my kids?
Those things you do
To those you turn out
Into the cold
What if that were my kids?
Those things you do to those you see as less than you?

@MOliva-p5q Says:
Whoever smelt it delt it. Religion is actually very related to the psychiatric system. For a thought experiment, psychiatrist gather large groups of crazy people as clients. Then you're communicating with all of these people. Imagine if a lawyer or an accounting firm had all of those crazy people as their clients, and he also does your financial work and sees how much money you make selling drugs. You have rules of practice where you can manipulate vulnerable people. Lawyers and accountants don't have those rules and they stole your phone number list. When your working for the insurance companies they have that kind of information and scenario where they are working both sides of the table and they know who your crazies are that you're working with. That happens with normal people. My mom would help lots of people going through nervous breakdowns. But then insane lawyers and accountants got in charge of the cookoo nest, and they started directly communicating with the crazies talking about money and stuff. And lawyers and accountants are usually F'ed up people. they gamble or do drugs. There is nothing keeping you out of law school because of drugs or alcohol. You can't become a park ranger or a game warden if you used weed but you can be a lawyer handling peoples money. that makes no sense because money is more like drugs where it's an inanimate object so you have positive and no negative feedback. There in an office all day with no weather. There are not plants or animals they have to care for. They're only working with inanimate objects like people like a science fiction author. They can just make superman magically fly anywhere he wants because he can just get a bailout or lower interest rates.

“You have your cloud of concepts with the factor of good, or maybe the essence of being itself, being by definition, this is by definition, ThTs what God is. When there is a concordance between the religious, the explicit religious beliefs and that implicit network of meaning, you have a conscious God at the center, you are conscious of that God, but if you dispense with that central uniting proposition you don’t eradicate the commonalities between what is good you just let them sink back into implicitness”
@johnhamner8877 Says:
