As an example that risks putting my neck on the line: in 2009 (or there abouts) I participated in an Equality and Diversity course. The paperwork involved stated quite clearly that there were no right or wrong answers, yet I failed the final exam for giving the wrong answers to several key questions.
I was told that if I re-took the exam and corrected my wrong answers then I would easily pass.
I refused to participate further.
What is impacting us today has been building momentum for some time.
