There are some concerning things you left out. Like there were 7 total other witnesses that corroborated that Rappe had claimed Arbuckle "did this to me". The door to their room had been locked from the inside and when Arbuckle and Rappe were found, Rappe was half naked with her clothes torn off and Arbuckle would claim she ripped them off herself. The room was in disaray. She was found with suspicious bruising and the coroner concluding, on first finding, that there were no sign of sexual assualt but DID believe the ruptured bladder to be caused from outside force. You also left out that Arbuckle changed his story multiple times leading up to the trial. You also make the claim the other witnesses were intimidated by the prosecution to testify but never even consider a rich producer/actor intimidating the witnesses to NOT testify (it is not like Wienstien didn't also do this).
This is completely the Hollywood revisited version of the story that wants to paint it like Arbuckle should never have been on trial. Maybe. Maybe not. Hard to say that 100 years later. Keep in mind I, personally, DO NOT THINK Arbuckle murdered Rappe or did worse.
But film buffs and modern film journalists often do as bad as Hearst did. They make out Arbuckle as an overly innocent angel and try to paint him as a victim just like how the conspiracy theoriests 1920 tabloids liked to paint him as a perverted villain.
In my mind, likely Arbuckle and Rappe went back to his hotel room and got flirty. The ruptured bladder was a medical accident. Delmont took advantage of the situation with her history of blackmail by accusing him of assault while Arbuckle denied any sexual relationship AT ALL on account of him being a married man in the 1920s and not wanting to stain his public reputation (not that it helped..). That would just be my theory from information from the case, but in the end, Arbuckle had his day in court and would be found innocent.

Nobody knows what it represented or where it was from, it could have been a still from a silent film movie. This room and photo had nothing to do with Roscoe Arbuckle. Someone should do a video about why Arbuckle was rehabilitated in the 90s with the publication of books like "I, Fatty" and "The Day the laughter stopped: the true story of Fatty Arbuckle". Before then everyone knew what he did, just as they knew what lengths Hollywood, especially Paramount, took to get him off. Now John Q Public thinks this sadistic piece of filth got framed! The story of Roscoe Arbuckle is absolutely tragic!
He is considered one of the first victims of the media cashing in on the popularity of young Hollywood.
It was not for nothing that he was everybody's darling for a long time (like Mable Normand, who was not only a great actress, but also brought very, very good people into the business).
All who knew Roscoe Urbuckle appreciated him and his gentleness. He was considered a well trusted person by everyone.
The poor woman who died sufferd from illnesses and should hade had a better rest on a privat location (she was also an respected actor. RIP). But the trouble was the alleged witness with her history of pomposity and false testimony. And the first prosecutor who was campaigning for a post and thought he could make a mark with it. And, of course, the media that made fabulous amounts of money with the "scandals" of the young, but already extremely popular Hollywood. But at the end of the 3rd trial there was a very unusual demonstration by the court and jury of Arbuckle's clear innocence!
Tragically, on the day of his rehabilitation, Rocoe dies of a heart attack! Finally he could have been in front of the camera again! And than... RIP 😢
Like Charlie Chaplin, his friend Buster Keaton was clearly committed to Roscoe.
There is a book by film historian Steve Massa that I recommend. Steve is incredibly well read and a real expert. He is also one of the hosts of the "Silent Comedy Watch Party". Always great and with live music from a super great film pianist and on YouTube. We recommend.
Roscoe Arbuckle was a master of his craft. In front of and behind the camera. His films are beautiful. His face expression! His body work! Precisely actions! Unbelievable how agile he was.
And when someone addressed him by his character's name, he always said, "My name is Roscoe."
(I've loved silent comedy internationally for decades and I really know quite a lot about it. Roscoe is the least known so far, due to this PR disaster. He deserves much, much more recognition like Harold Lloyd and Lloyd Hamilton! Chaplin said Lloyd Hamilton is the one only one from whom he can still learn something.)
Stan Laurel and Oliver Harding are of course never to be forgotten. But what would all this be without the films of Mabel, Roscoe and Buster Keaton (!).
