I know this is 3 years old and nothing much has changed for the better. I have been listening to this "discussion" during my dayly walk today, but it is actually not much of a discussion rather just a mutual validation of ideas. What is forgotten is the absolute evil that is ruling the world today. If you say: be the person who invents cheap and clean energy, that's the kind of thing we need, than yo forget that that has been done many times already and usually ends with someone mysteriously dying or disappearing along with the invention. Both talkers seem a to forget that conext in what they are trying to promote. Data is nice, but does not rule the world. And not all data are equal, some are more equal than others, it seems. All depends on the 'scientist' collecting, shifting and interpreting them and who is paying him to do so. Not that I doubt the intergity of Bjorn Lomborg, but he is a lone wolf, I'm afraid.
