I continue to be baffled that these two men, that obviously have great wisdom, stop just short of the idea, the rather beautiful and simple idea, that God, our Father, wants us, His children, to be like Him. Just like HIM. No matter how much time it takes.
We’ve been given this experience here on earth to learn what it feels like to create and to have dominion and hence responsibility for so many important things. The greatest, our children. A training ground. And you diminish yourself and his glory when you remove his greatest desire for us. All that he has? All.
I think CS Lewis understood this. Christian M. Scott Peck said that people who don’t believe this truth come face-to-face with their own laziness. A little harsher than I would put it. But I’d seek that religion. Seek that truth. Gods indeed. Make what you will of that. But he wants us to have everything he has. What father wouldn’t?

جريان الشمس ودورانها: قوله تعالى: {وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا} [يس: 38]؛ إثبات أن الشمس ليست ثابتة بل تسبح في مسار محدد داخل المجرة.
أهمية مواقع النجوم: قوله تعالى: {فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِعِ النُّجُومِ * وَإِنَّهُ لَقَسَمٌ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ} [الواقعة: 75-76]؛ الإعجاز هنا في القسم بـ "الموقع" وليس بالنجم نفسه، لأن النجوم التي نراها قد تكون ماتت وما يصلنا هو ضوء موقعها القديم.
الكواكب وزينتها: قوله تعالى: {إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ} [الصافات: 6]؛ وصف دقيق لانتشار الأجرام والكواكب المضيئة والمعتمة في فضاء الكون المنظور.
🌍 ثانيًا: الإعجاز في الأرض، الغلاف الجوي، والهواء
تصدع الأرض وقشرتها: قوله تعالى: {وَالأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ} [الطارق: 12]؛ إشارة واضحة لشروخ القشرة الأرضية (الصدوع التكتونية) المسببة للزلازل وتجدد اليابسة.
الغلاف الجوي المحيط (السقف المحفوظ): قوله تعالى: {وَجَعَلْنَا السَّمَاء سَقْفاً مَّحْفُوظاً} [الأنبياء: 32]؛ وهو الغلاف الجوي الذي يحمي الأرض من الإشعاعات الضارة والنيازك الفتاكة.

الجبال كالأوتاد لتثبيت الأرض: قوله تعالى: {وَالْجِبَالَ أَوْتَاداً} [النبأ: 7]، وقوله: {وَأَلْقَى فِي الأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ} [النحل: 15]؛ أكد علم الجيولوجيا أن للجبال جذورًا عميقة تغوص في وشاح الأرض كالأوتاد لضمان اتزان القشرة الأرضية.
نزول الحديد من الفضاء الخارجي: قوله تعالى: {وَأَنزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ} [الحديد: 25]؛ استخدام لفظ "أنزلنا" يطابق الحقيقة العلمية بأن الحديد لم يتكون داخل الأرض، بل تشكل في النجوم البعيدة بنشاط فلكي عنيف ثم نزل للأرض عبر النيازك.
🌊 رابعًا: الإعجاز في البحار والمحيطات
البرزخ والحاجز المائي: قوله تعالى: {مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ * بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ} [الرحمن: 19-20]؛ اكتشف علم المحيطات وجود حواجز مائية تمنع اختلاط مياه البحار المختلفة في الملوحة والكثافة والحرارة.
الأمواج العميقة والظلمات: قوله تعالى: {أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُّجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ} [النور: 40]؛ ثبت علميًا وجود أمواج داخلية سحيقة في قاع المحيطات تعلوها أمواج سطحية، مع ظلام دامس يمنع الرؤية تمامًا.
خامسًا: الإعجاز في الإنسان، الجنين، والأطفال
أطوار خلق الجنين الدقيقة: قوله تعالى: {وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ * ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ * ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَاماً فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْماً} [المؤمنون: 12-14]؛ تفصيل دقيق لمراحل تطور الجنين البشري شهد بصدقها كبار علماء الأجنة في العصر الحديث.
البصمات وتفرد الإنسان: قوله تعالى: {أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَلَّن نَّجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ * بَلَىٰ قَادِرِينَ عَلَىٰ أَن نُّسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ} [القيامة: 3-4]؛ الإشارة إلى "البنان" (الخطوط الدقيقة في الأصابع) لتفرد بصمة كل إنسان عن غيره حتى التوائم المتطابقة.
فترة الرضاعة والفصال للطفل: قوله تعالى: {وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ} [لقمان: 14]؛ وهي المدة المثالية التي يوصي بها الأطباء ومنظمات الصحة العالمية اليوم لرضاعة الطفل ونمو جهازه المناعي.
سادًا: الإعجاز في الحيوان والحشرات
بيت العنكبوت الواهن علميًا واجتماعيًا: قوله تعالى: {مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ كَمَثَلِ الْعَنكَبُوتِ اتَّخَذَتْ بَيْتاً ۖ وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ الْبُيُوتِ لَبَيْتُ الْعَنكَبُوتِ} [العنكبوت: 41]؛ تاء التأنيث في "اتخذت" تشير إلى أن أنثى العنكبوت هي من تبني البيت، كما أن بيتها واهن اجتماعيًا لأن الأنثى قد تقتل الذرية أو الذكر بعد التلقيح.
لغة النمل وتواصله العضوي: قوله تعالى: {قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ} [النمل: 18]؛ استخدام لفظ "يحطمنكم" إعجاز مذهل، حيث أثبت العلم الحديث أن جسم النمل الخارجي يتكون من مادة كيتينية صلبة تشبه الزجاج، تتحطم ولا تسحق.

(Gal. 5:1 NKJ)Who were doing no such thing, as were not the Corinthians nor 5 of the7 churches of Asia in Rev 2 and 3 who were ignoring their pastors who studied and taught daily as the lampstand gave light 24/7 in the Temple.
Actually, this is merely a redefinition of the carnal mind, but from a more anthropological point of view. And yes, God gave each of us intellect to think in the interests of truth and examine our suppositions, really every day of our lives, so as to improve on those suppositions. But in the course of doing so, we must ask ourselves, always, do we know just enough to be dangerous to ourselves and others? And that moral learning curve has always been devastating to human life if not correctly addressed. And yeah, we've done a pretty good job with traffic laws, but a lot of people died in head-on collisions before that. When it comes to genetics, who now will be the casualties? :(
But with regard to human consciousness, I would argue that it is both a feature and a requirement of human agency. In fact, that capacity of self-awareness and self-identity ultimately predicates the ability to define and ultimately believe one knows what one wants in life. The sole driver of the soul, no pun intended! AH! But again, here is the rub. Where agency is independent, then those goals are independent of God as well, ultimately leading to profound dissatisfaction. And this is how people come to Christ. The IMA is ALLOWED to seek their destiny throughout their lives with the cumulative decisions they have made. So that when, at the right time, the individual discovers that, at least, MIXED dissatisfaction, then the Holy Spirit fulfills the Lord's promise to His disciples in John 16.8ff and the creature returns to the Creator, just as God's creation belongs to Him. Put another way:
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely. (Rev. 22:17 NKJ)
