i am so filled with admiration for Past Premier of Newfoundland Brian Peckford for caring so much about protecting our individual Canadian Rights and Freedoms that were violated by our Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Cabinet who overstepped their political powers against specific Canadian protestors in Feb., 2022 in Ottawa. Canadians are always governed with their Rights and Freedoms protected under this wonderful Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Trudeau has always behaved, his actions legal and otherwise, with impunity. In fact there is a video with JT laughing and saying that there are two legal systems in Canada. One for the "little people" and one for those well connected. He referenced getting caught with pot and how he would be treated vs the average person. I'm afraid it's ingrained in his psyche.

How could the Constitution Act 1982 patriate Canada from the British Empire if the Constitution Act 1982 was NEVER ratified, Nor enacted?? We were given our Sovereignty way back then and the bunch of greedy criminals sitting in Parliament then, and ever since, has been pretending like that never happened. We have been intentionally lied to and deceived about the state of our country every since, to prevent WE THE PEOPLE from developing our OWN constitution and form of government.
Queen Victoria UN-ENACTED the BNA Act 1867 because it was no longer of use to the British Monarchy. They got what they were after... the 1670 Charter of the Hudsons Bay Company which King Charles II gave Royal Assent to, in Perpetuity. The Charter called ‘The Governor and Company of the Adventurers of England Trading into the Hudsons Bay’. This Charter gave the company full authority to run Canada as a Corporation! The Hudsons Bay Company as it became known as, remains the oldest incorporated joint-stock merchandising company in the English-speaking world. With the BNA Act unenacted, all Acts and Statutes based upon it are without force or effect. The only document left that has Royal Assent and given authority to run the landmass, is the Hudsons Bay Charter, which is now in the possession of the British Monarchy.

Countries don't become great nations without first going through some great internal conflict. Be it civil war or revolt against govt. Both these option have historically been very bloody. Perhaps a made in Canada option is needed where Alberta and western provinces leave confederation, form a united republic of independent of provinces and lay the ground work for a United Republic of Canada. read your legislative acts - Vital statistics is a good one to start with cause they never told your parents too read it when you were born. So your parents never fulfilled the factual applications to prove you are factually a part of the living, not a corporation that is dead legal fiction!! best get amending your records, or learning revision to get back up to at least mankind under English law (read the old commentaries like Blackstone).

Hi, Please I don’t know how to contact you by email. I am a very upset Canadian here. lol. I am having issues with freedom fighters supporting Conservatives. Its worse than just dumb. When this happened two years ago, the first question was supposed to be HOW? The Conservatives complied to the liberals against our Charter that is how. As I watched this I felt myself literally moving through the emotions of shock/horror, guilt/shame, acceptance and finally hope and determination that younger generations can and will be properly educated in civics and politics and will turn the downward spiral that this country is in, around.
