With all due respect sir, if ever you followed through, your actions would have been quite similar to the environmental activists in the sense that your realm of endeavour does absolutely nothing for your ultimate goal/purpose.

You are a product of your environment only as far as you allow yourself to be. There are people who have gone through untold suffering and remained good people; the folks in here saying its because his parents made him feel like he was a mistake, thats not an excuse.

Thanks to Jordan Peterson for interviewing this guy. I would like to point out we don't know if his parents had really done something wrong, or he just saw it that way. But knowing what he thought is valuable.

And they blame it on Marilyn and the heroine. But where where were the parents at ? Now look where it at . Now it's a tragedy Now it's so sad to see in an upper class city . ..... Put seriously, he's condescendingly Ask a rhetorical question like " would make a difference "? Like seriously jordan at different that was so vague In kaneohe straight pompous . Then he very clearly and concisely told you Call he felt justified at the time to do it , what his goals were during, In the exact impact he personally wanted it to have afterwards. Then you go on to ask him what it had made a difference again .....really? Well let's break it down. He a wanted to die there that would have been Is enough either by his own gun or suicide by police officers. And he wanted his parents to confront having brought him into this world after he did something like that which they would have done. So in a 100 %, what would it mean a different? The exact difference he was thinking he wanted at the time. You're rhetorical question to try to have dominance in the conversation that doesn't require that energy at all Is weird. Also, after he explained to you the first time asking get the next time really had no point because Even if hypothetically, it wasn't rhetorical your question was incredibly vague. It had no context and he provided you all the context. You needed to realize that as it was yes for him it was . So why ask it a second time ? You literally have all the variables to answer the question yourself So you drink it to just be a dick for some reason. A good 80% of the time I love the academic approach Peterson takes when he talks about subjects Even when I veimally it disagree with him on a topic . But there's like a 20% of his interviews. This being one of them where it's like Why are you acting like someone pissed in your cheerios this morning Because you should've with zero professionalism. You know Sam Harris kind of has this issue too except when he's doing his pissing contest thing he tries to be funny at the same time and he's not great at it . However, I do respect the two men for mainly staying professional and being fairy analytical and academic when they're talking about most of the time which is rare among people in general
@MLIrons Says:
I'm like J.P. when I hear all these people speaking about what they are going to do to other people's lives because they don't have what they want.
"Do you think that would of made any difference?"
Because the honest truth is, that these actions will only shock a society for a time, we will then argue and fight, make some noise, maybe a slight change in what we do, but otherwise most of us go back to living and enjoying life.
