I've been trying to wrap my brain around Dr Peterson for awhile now because I just didn't know anything REAL about him. I finally sat down and listened to one of his lectures and I've been binge listening ever since! Thank You, Dr. for all of the deep thought provoking concepts you've been putting out there! It has been such a help and eye opener to me.

I don't understand why the sanctity of the self it's superior to a collectivist idea. Yeah we're different as people, but we can't accomplish anything on our own, it's impossible we can only excel as a species collectively. Totalitarianism is a response to that fact. Monarchies and authoritarian regimes existed as the primary mode of organizing people for 5 thousand years. Doctor peterson himselves supports individuality within the confines of something like a religious community, but that community is only capable of complex tasks together, I fail to see the difference.

To see a man who has been verbally and emotionally crucified on a public stage carrying the cross laid on him is hard to watch to say the least. As someone who has looked at Jordan as an unaware mentor for years now it's heart breaking to see how people have treated this man. Ideologies aside. He's a human being. Mr Peterson, the extremely outrageous portrayal of you is not a reflection of who you are... Sir, it is the portrayal of how EVIL the LIARS are (at the very least, how outrageously disconnected they are from reality, logic/reason, truth and morals.

After watching many clips of Dr Peterson, I am left with one major takeaway; he cares deeply about people. The reaction to Africa’s testimony of transformation witnesses to his deep concern for humanity. I admire this man deeply.
