I just recently learned about this, had no idea my favorite Voice Actor from Dragon Age was going through this. Women are truly horrible nowadays.

Kentucky's divorce rates dropped significantly (around 25%) between 2016 and 2023, notably more than the national average, largely attributed to its 2018 law making 50/50 shared parenting the default in custody cases, which reduced litigation and encouraged reconciliation by ensuring fathers remained equally involved, leading some couples to stay together.
@RobertFillet-xe8ho Says:
There are two genders. One is the father and the other is all the others.

O daughters of the gods… Feminists hate you even more the us
@RobertFillet-xe8ho Says:
Domestic violence is easy. Get rid of the point of contention: Sons to fathers and daughters to mothers. Separate the whole thing out each child getting the same sexed parent.

The double-helix has decided nothing above the baritone is worth hearing. Listen to the gravel in the voices of female newscasters. Don’t die in the fatherlands fighting for democracy.

Black boys got by far the worst of it. They were raised in a world where there were no functioning fathers. It became honor thy mother and thy grandmother and thy great grandmother and don’t be a traitor to your race… I am a white man. Though dark complected as white men go. Hey white gel, this is coming to a neighborhood near you. And racism as a reason I didn’t get a dad ain’t gonna’ work for you. Have no legal possession in us. Find a voting booth and make it so.

From what I've experienced here in Canada, on paper they don't say men or women , they say primary parent and non primary parent. This is their way around gender inequalities. The biggest inequality I've came across, isn't the end result in family court, it's the process getting there. There are policies that all these government and assistance firms follow that basically are designed to not allow men to qualify

Just finished your book "The Respndent". Wow what a story! I'm terribly sorry as to what your ex-wife and the SYSTEM did to you! I also have been going through a terrible time over the past year. False accusations are so readily accepted. There is quite a bit of valuable information here that everyone should become aware of.

11 years ago I went through having my kids abducted to another country, falsely arrested, lost my business, lost everything, Including my self worth. I have still not recovered as I lost trust in humanity and the justice system and a feminist society we in the west live in. I am damaged goods, still broken but put up a good front for my kids. I live in a country that I don't want to live in and work a bullsh*t job I am highly over qualified for, just to be a father to my children. My ex-wife acts / pretends like what she did never happened. I foolishly thought this could never happen to me. I love I have for my children was the decided factor in where I have ended up. Everyday I ask myself " Did I do the right thing? Was 4 years of family court and moving to England a wise move if my kids just see their dad as a broken man loser guy. Would I have been a better father just keeping my business abroad and sending them money? Sorry but when I see stuff like this I react.

How about this one: Dating a girl for 4 months was paying for everything living in my house, she was drinking behind my back, came home super drunk one night punched me in the face I called the cops they didn't believe a word I said even though I called😂😂😂😂 it's completely biased has pushed me away from pursuing relationships because of it
@kenvilla9545 Says:
Family law courts are incentives to not give 50/50 custody. DV are encouraged because it gets Title IV-D funding, incentive payments to states 45 CFR 304.22, through their cooperative arrangements (45 CFR 302.34, 303.107, 302.12 (for profit business)), taxing the taxpayers for these programs (CFDA 93.563 and grow the state ACF welfare programs).

I had a similar experience. I was victorious. Was not easy. On the topic of 50/50 with an infant - I had week-on-week-off starting when my daughter was 9 months old. It can easily be done. BULLSHIT excuse against 50/50
@thelonewolf1894 Says:
Don't get married ever. live with someone first to see if you can stand them and live with each other for 10 years. If you can marry that person.

I was an on-call 24/7 blood/platelet/plasma donor for kids dealing with cancer and i even saved my oldest daughters life when she was choking ..it does not matter to Family Court judges if you are a good parent .. judges consider all men to be inadequate parents.
@justlooking772 Says:
Something wrong with Jordan's thought process to think that an infant child cannot be taken care of by a male parent.
@justlooking772 Says:
Divorce is not the problem , the problem is mostly female parents.
@justlooking772 Says:
A social worker that was investigating me on behalf of my ex-wife even provided his direct phone number to my ex and even attended a family skating session where my ex/children were. He was totally oblivious and in total denial that i was a loving parent. He supported her in every way. It is impossible for a male parent to maintain a relationship with kids after divorce. Horrendous and heart breaking , it still causes me to break down into tears when i have flashbacks.
@justlooking772 Says:
Family Court in Canada is horrendous and hateful of fathers. I have not seen my 2 daughters in 20 years, I have suffered false allegations of domestic violence , child abuse, animal abuse ,etc. I was constantly investigated by local police , child protection, clinical psychologists, etc. I have had protection orders taken out against me , put under peace bonds, etc. ,I had a female lawyer once say to me "what do you want to see your kids for anyway ?" .. Canadian judges are completely hateful of male parents and totally believe that women are the only worthwhile parent. I could go on with other examples but hopefully this will give some idea about the uselessness of Family Court in Canada. Canada is a country that supports child abuse.
@dsr3780 Says:
Listening to these chats just confirm that there is no real point, I never really taught about it but honestly I had very little hope of forming any reasonable lasting bond with any woman by the age of 11. I am iny early 20's and it feels more so now.

I'm at a low... Two kids, blindsided with divorce papers. Not really clear for the reasoning other than "emotional abuse". I'm 39 and have a solid equity in our house but not really caring right now... :(
@SSgtPham Says:
2017 my Thai wife decided to pull this scam to win child custody and avoid paying alimony. Result; a 2 years old daughter lost her dad. A father lost his first born. A veteran put on the street in freezing winter. Here is what I will bring to bear when the time comes: 1. Conspiracy with foreign national to kidnapping 2. Conspiracy with foreign national to commit act of terrorism against an American 3. Racketeering 4. Child abuse 5. Libel / defamation 6. Child endangerment 7. Denial of rights
@SSgtPham Says:
Constitution explicitly prohibits trial without jury. Family court? What jury
@michaelkearney3646 Says:
Never trust a divorce lawyer, I guess. I tried law school part time while I was still in the army. I decided it wasn't for me, case law I found very boring. Moreover, most of the people in my classes were rubbing their hands in an anticipation of how money they going suing all sorts of cases, especially in divorce actions. Not a scintilla of doing pro bono. I don't my experience is typical, but it turned me off. I left law school and did a PhD in science.

I can’t believe it ..he is telling exactly what happen to me from arrest,to hospital,,, to be judge by a jury of people from the government…shamed on ,, again arrested by her and send to jail for a week all for false allegations, I haven’t heard from my children in 15 years I payed child support now she have me to give her everything I owned if I died even though I am divorce from her… and on top I am obligated to pay her for the rest of my life $400 a month.. she was a Psychopath.. plain and simple but no one wanted to listen to me… so I lost big time.. my family. Children. House ,pension,,, my own identity as a father I become childless from one day to the other her lawyer made me signed all kind of papers or else… lawyer name Mimi Marello in Ottawa a heartless lawyer with no care for the men.
@TheFloridaTraveler Says:
I do not even have children, and it's just as bad. My ex was a menlignant narcissist. Being the guy, the judge isn't even listening to it. All she has to do, is sit pretty and she wins. 1.5 year marriage!!
@starkfuture1057 Says:
That turned out to be a red pill grande. Now boom
@purplelove3666 Says:
In my opinion,this cones from the notion that women are to raise kids and men are to work notion ,so women automatically get the Better end of the stick because women have always been placed to raise the kids ,even thought its the job of both mothers and fathers to rise the child they both made,i think if it was socially ingrained for both mothers and fathers to raising their kids equally,from infantry to the age of 18 ,i dont think women would have a monopoly in this court systems, i wonder how the divorce proceeding works in nordic countries,because nordic men might seem to be more involved with their children from an early age, since in some nordic and some Scandinavian countries even the men get paternity leave when their child are born
@MikeTheTruthThatMatters Says:
I would venture to guess she actually has borderline personality disorder
@antoniosdimoulas3566 Says:
Women want to get married because of financial reasons. Her husband pays for her living expenses.. Emotional reasons are the kids. And the third reason because she can get the no-fault divorce, get the money and look for better and greener pastures.. Negotiations and all that is BS…😂
