I used to think the conspiracy theories spread in Africa were foolish too until "Crisis in the Hotzone" put it into perspective for me. Imagine your family member is very with a new sick. Keep in mind ebola is relatively new and was not well known, especially in rural villages. The very sick person is someone you love dearly - your mother, father, husband, wife, etc. And someone from a foreign country who doesn't speak your language very well claims to be sent by a government. They claim that they have to take your family member from you and you can't see them or take care of them. Worse than that, they have to be taken to the white tent hospital (a lassa virus hospital that had been converted to the best of the hospital's abilities to a biosafety level 4 ward for ebola patients). News had already spread that people who go into the white tents aren't seen again. This is because of ebola's high mortality rate and because the remains are so "hot", i.e. infectious, that they have to be disposed of by the hospital instead of going back to family. And because the hospital is a hot zone, they can't visit their loved ones. They might be able to see them from the outside, but only if the patient is strong enough to move by a window - not likely. So, people you don't know in hazmat gear who can't speak your language say they are sent by a government and tell you they are going to take your sick loved one away from you too a place where you cannot visit and where you know will probably never see them again. I wouldn't hand my mother over if that's all the info I had. I can understand now how conspiracy theories spread there and why they would break patients out. When you don't have the relevant information, it's quite understandable. And yes, most of these people were from doctors without borders or from other countries helping with relief efforts, so many where white. White people were, in their eyes, hauling loved ones off to a death camp and calling it a hospital. I get it. The other really sad thing is that the hospital did not have the necessary equipment or government funding despite many requests from the many running the ward and many of the staff ended up contracting and dieing of ebola, including that same doctor. I forget his name at this moment, but he was quite well known and send to have done all he could to try to help his patents and staff.

I knew two old ladies that shared insulin needles to save money. WHAT!? NO! Don't do that. Saving a few extra bucks could have cost them their lives. I mean if someone wants to believe that covid started from chinese guy eating an infected bat, and it just so happened to be in Wuhan, where a biolab working on covid virus is, and main 'trust the sicence' figure is a guy who funded gain of research on covid illegally in that same lab, which btw is built by Blackrock fund who happens to own pfizer and other pharma.. and its all coincidence, good luck to you with your brain. Certainly pfizer asked for publishing all testing data to be delayed for 70 years to ease the burden on their copy rom, and it had nothing to do with deadly and numerous side effects that people protest about now and everyone can see them. Surely 2 weeks to level the curve that took years, the 100%, then 90m then... 10% effective vaccine that proved to not stop infection or spreading of disease is all ok. And the inflating of covid deaths to include even people shot with 10 bullets, or in stage 4 cancer, or dying from any reason at all just if they were tested in previous 40 days to have covid by a completely unreliable pcr test (as its creator explained) is no reason for concern. The incredible amount of censorship not only of people but of reputable even famous scientists, such as pcr test maker, mrna vaccine founder, pfizer former research directtor, nobel prize winners who disagree with Fauci's science is completely ok. I mean one would ask himself why do it if you have science on your side... but some wouldnt. The whole damn list goes on and it comes down to some people being that stupid to think politicians, pharma industry and billionaires mean well for them. Such an outlandish idea that it makes my head spin.
