Thank you for this! I always buy a two-year-old phone. I have to disagree concerning anything Galaxy. The Samsung software and keyboard are terrible. Their devices are a hard 'no' for me. I had an S21 Ultra and I'm kind of glad it got stolen.

Worst thing Microsoft ever did was give up on their mobile OS. Still to this day Windows Phone was one of the absolute best mobile experiences I ever had. I don't know what goes on over there at MS. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and they end up throwing insane amounts of money at products that just inevitably fail.

I watched this video last year but didn't reach the part of the best phone 2021,so yesterday my friends and I were arguing about the best phone 2021,and i just stepped on YouTube and we decided to watch this video till the end and my friend kept on saying best phone was gona be Iphone 13pm,and when you said S21Ultra it just blew their minds and shut their mouths,so came back to say

You probably won't see this but you should consider adding new categories that likely Apple will win every year but maybe it'll force Google and Samsung to really up their game.
Proposed categories:
-Best Customer Support (Issues escalation for Phones)
Consider Avenues of opening a ticket, ticket status tracking, communication.
-Best Online Ordering Experience (Who communicates best with their customers)
Shipping Status, Delays Status, compensations for delays.
-Best Manufacturer Warranty
(Obvious)
-Best Purchasable Extended Warranty
look at the fine print and cost aspect - weigh the companies against each other.
-Best Smartphone Company with the most In-Person Support Offerings.
Always probably going to be Apple - but who knows.
Just a thought - these are all shiny toys and they all look glowy when you're in your hands but really we want to support healthy company models and support offerings as well.
