I bought an iMac at start of pandemic I used it every now and then not really heavy loads it broke after a year during an update…. The screen turned black with green lines but 5months before that I was getting electric shock when I touched it but not regularly. Mac genius told me my entire board and graphics needs to be replaced…. For a table top that I practically used for 6months to check mail and watch YouTube for the price of a new Mac…. Then there is this video talking about durability? I saved 3 years to buy that Mac and it broke a few months after warranty. I will never buy a Mac book or iMac ever again. iMacs are disposable… DISPOSABLE is what you call products that are cheaper to buy new than repair. We all know the durability of Apple it’s all documented in their lawsuits. This video is shameful propaganda and very dishonest of the real world customer experience. Poor journalism. I guess Apple can buy souls now. Very rich indeed.

@1:48 - Using distilled water is ridiculous. The water that you're going to be accidentally dropping your phone into isn't going to be distilled, it's going to have impurities. Apple needs to stop this posturing like they are a company that cares. They don't. If they did, they wouldn't be selling whole assemblies instead of individual components. They want high mark-ups and parts that only go through them so they can make money off of their design flaws.
