Am I the only one who thinks he's pronouncing Dr Attia's name incorrectly? If so, his guest is very polite about it

Carnivores have the shortest lifespan. Plant - eaters live way longer. And we are just average animals.

Is Attia pronounced with emphasis on A as Jordon says it or the t, which is how I’ve always heard it?
@williamking5063 Says:
Opinions make people weak and cancel reality to protect their opinion. If reality has only truth and lying in it, so what is compromise? Compromise is the mixing of truth and lying together so no one lives by truth. This is what the bible does under the word interpretation.
@williamking5063 Says:
The Gov’t fears truth people the most and so Tyrants of old gave them a God that is responsible for making man with free will, but God takes no responsibility for man’s sinning. If a man makes a motor and the motor runs bad or sins, whose fault is it? The motors fault or the creators fault? In fact, the bible God kills all men that sin and don’t believe in Jesus. Its man’s fault for free will? No. God has his perfect son Jesus killed by his free will sin creation man so man can be forgiven. Punish the innocent for what the guilty man does? Is that Justice?

I am a recovering alcoholic that ran into an issue once my relationship stranded. I knew I was in trouble once my relationship ended. I felt my brain doing the same gymnastic that kept my substance abuse alive. and so I decided to transfer my addiction to a hyper focus on going to the gym. I have been going so hard for 9 months at this time that I am actually incredibly impressed with my progress. There were times where my grief was so harsh I did my routine twice because I still didn't feel like I was at my baseline. And it saved my life. I didn't care about the muscle or the progress I just wanted to be so exhausted I could sleep and I've been able to progress beyond my peers and way beyond people doing it for years because of luck in genetics. Please work out, just feel that capability of yourself and grow. It's worth it.

You are talking about early detection. It is not prevention.
@stefanogrillo1570 Says:
I respect Peterson though he seems to be overly infatuated with fame and money. That's the only explanation I can think of for interviewing someone like Attia, who was a staunch supporter of vaccination, and unlike people like say Luigi Fontana (or even Valter Longo) has no credentials in research on nutrition. He's just a famous guy (and full of bs as far as I am concerned)
@TravelerAlexander Says:
Im a 36m. I quit eating bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. I eat mainly meat, vegetables, fresh fruit, and dairy. I still drink milk. I occasionally drink stevia or erthyrotol based sweets or drinks. I work out 5 days a week. Over 1 month ive seen the fat slowly start melting away, showing my abs underneath. Ive never been overweight, but i was starting to put some fat on my abd and sides, even with going to the gym. Eliminating those items from my diet has me not only losing fat but feeling better. I very much recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, and you will start seeing results after just one month. Its a diet that you have to commit to long term. It's not that hard. I try to eat mainly meat when I'm hungry, and then if I have a sweet tooth after I eat some fresh fruit or an alcohol sugar snack. I drink sugar free caffeine drinks for energy as Im a nurse who works 12 hour night shifts.

Crazy that Jordan had this much research into the questions he’d be asking but couldn’t be bothered to look up how his guest’s last name is pronounced. Obviously it’s a small detail compared to the content of the video which was incredibly valuable but just found that surprising especially since most of Peter’s content is found on YouTube or other audio media (Spotify etc.).

My 3rd time watching this powerful, impactful interview between two giants in legitimate self improvement. 7 servings of desert slip up admission / confession by Dr. Attia while on Keto years ago. Thank you for allowing for this transparency - certainly adds to your credibility.
@mariaciupac3522 Says:
Big pharma will never allow cancer to be treated bc they make too much money . Change your diet first and there will be no cancer. Look 50 years ago no cancer now bc of the food , polluted air, chemicals in everything, synthetic meds from China we all get cancer. The west need common sense
@mrporsche4236 Says:
90% of my patients that have passed on were keto or carnivore. The ones that listened and got educated are still alive. This is my statistic for the last 22 years. So not an opinion but a statistic. Your choice
@marianneszymaniak6758 Says:
Dr Jordan Peterson should look into detox and cleansing. Dr Bryan Ardis could help him understand the symptoms. When you cleanse and remove toxins from your body, you are going to get symptoms. It doesn't mean it's permanent. Sometimes, it means that your body is in the process of removing some toxins, and you need greens to help clear it through your blood. Things like milk thistle can support the liver in this process. Symptoms dont mean illness.
@JR-bj3uf Says:
Americans are unhealthy, why? I walk through Sam's Club and noticed the pallets of cookies, chips and snacks that make up the bulk of the middle of the store and these thing sell. It's big business to fuel obesity and these products are churned up in mass. We have become really good at churning out tasty snacks that are bad for you as much as they are desirable.
@MrJones-we8to Says:
How about death of despair including smoking??
@Lesanacom Says:
Dr Peterson, would you consider putting together a weight exercise program for a beginner, using dumbbells. An a progression chart. Using one hour as a time window?🌸

@cleoburrows Says:
I wish they would have given examples on how one can motivate themselves to exercise. I need to do weights to increase my strength and bone health, but I hate doing weights. I don't know how to motivate myself to start. I don't have a negative view of myself either, like Dr. Attia mentioned.

63 year old female, carnivore for 7 months and I feel great! Low Triglycerides and high HDL, LDL is not important as doctors believe ❤❤❤
@Dan-qd3rz Says:
Stick to it ed, it's not a diet its a way of life, I personally think you won't look back if you look at the studies. I personally, do carnivore/keto/Mediterranean. All low carb. No shit, no processed foods or sugars
@petercyr3508 Says:
If you want to maintain cognitive health, be in a well fed ketogenic state. Our huge brains need ketones along with glucose. Exercise with a crappy diet is useless.

Every building in built up areas would be clad with materials proven to take pollutants out of the air walls would be built of the same material money from ulez needs to go into that not a tax to make rich richer. Every business should be required to have a gym onsite if over a certain size and maybe some equipment no matter the size encouraged group walks and working canteens needs to come back into work places. Vegetables should be free with so much shopping so everyone puts some fresh produce in their baskets locally produced foods in community’s gardens and uv gardens
@georgeindestructible Says:
Good but he failed to explain why people don't want to exercise then, if it is as important as he mentions it would be an evolutionary advantage adaptation, wouldn't it be, thus way more common?
@TheHappyHooker Says:
Jordan please let us know when you have a collaboration of doctors to research the Carnivore Diet. I would suggest Dr. Sean Baker and Dr. Anthony Chaffee. They have been on the Carnivore Diet for several years. Ty
