I started by doing jumping jacks until I broke a sweat. I did that every day until it seemed so easy, then I added 5 push-ups, then 10 squats, etc. Consistency is the key.

What type of exercise are we talking about buddy ? A brisk walk for 30 mins a day or 3 x 1 hour long high intensity cardio workouts , or lifting iron for 3 hours per week ? …. Will they half mortality risk ?

I work out 3-4 days a week 1-2 hour workouts and i live 15 km from the gym 30 mins with buss just to get there. If i can do it you can work out too, stay strong soldiers

Well yeah, you are burying a muscle that you aren’t working out (myocardium), which beats to give oxygen and spread to the body, meanwhile gravity has nothing resisting against it snd arteries get clogged. And eventually moving will release a clot when you finally do move and die. Hypertension will fuck yo your veins up leaving poor circulation too.

Yeu CAN increase all lifts by 100 lb within WEEKS. If an indivual is able to clean and press 90 lb.. that indivual can do same with 190 lb, within WEEKS.. IF said movements are done EACH DAY. (Not resting every other day.. DONE.. EACH.. DAY). J.P. could have WORLD RECORD lifting numbers AND enter "beginner" W.S.M. competitions.. AND compete within the TOP level of armwrestlers.. if so desired.
