there was a woman i was considering doing that with, but i decided against it because i realized how much wiser it would be to pull back, preserve and build my energy and heal from my past, and discipline myself to be spiritually aligned. as in, my mind, heart, and body are unified, and theres no disconnection between any of them. i realized that most fundamentally, the reason why i wasnt as good as i could have been before, was because i needed to do some really serious shadow work, and that requires alot of isolation. and im STILL learning new things about myself. all you have is energy in the end. irregardless of appearances, the most precious commodity that you have is the direction that your thoughts go to.

To me i cant see it being fair sharing this pain an its killing my father seeing her not stand for her own Agency when majority of the issues shes faced is because of him pretending to have good motives to protect her but its all been an act essentially
Ive thought of letting her make her own decisions but its just gotten worse an worse.
My worry is i find a partnee that sees this an it takes them into the same pitt of despair ive wound up in from this if I had done any of the things he has done with her agency i would be in jail right now but our dual legal system has allowed the situation to protect him essentially alot of this has made me think casual relationship is the best thing i could achieve right now beyond presenting this situation in a fsmily setting it basically splintered my last relationship in half even trying to bring it up
Not all circumstances are the same i know but how do you approach this with someone without traumatizing them if its affecting your own relationships.
I feel incredibly selfish looking at my future this way but after the trauma i experienced in my last relationship opening up about it its made me try to see my own heart instead of opening up .
Ive stopped even trying to talk to others its too exhausting to pretend like this all doesn't bother me when clearly it should.
Her last partner was basically arms length from the triads. Which wore at my mind enough situation she found now is not much better but to see her walk into this has made it increibly hard to be open to the idea or a relationship or seeing a future with someone with all this going on an just pretend like none of it ever matters
