I had the Moto Nexus 6P and I LOVED IT. Everyone seemed to hate the massive screen but not me. Plus those front facing stereo speakers were so amazing. I wish the Pixel phones had front facing speakers.

I actually missed that style launcher from the Google pixel the like highlighted dock bar for some reason. I really really liked that the pill at the top. I don't know there was something that felt clean about it. There's a nostalgia to it. If I could find a launcher that could recreate it now, I would honestly probably use it and then go back to the same old school pixel wallpaper that I used when I had it and live that nostalgia on my pixel 9 Pro XL

I specifically switched to Verizon to be able to get the first pixel and I loved it. The first pixel is what really locked me in. Nexuses weren't big in my area. I'm pretty sure I didn't find out about the first Nexus phone until I was already a pixel owner. So the first pixel is really what got me into the stock Android, Google phones and I loved it. I had one hardware issue or maybe it was software. I never got a definitive answer where I would get just I would take a picture and everything would kind of just be purple insurance took care of it right away. I got a brand new model. I never saw the purple again. Love that phone. Loved the weird design choice that they did making it thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom so there wouldn't be a camera bump. You didn't even notice that in the phone like it felt good in the hand. The switch from the metal to the glass somehow felt more premium and you got unlimited storage for photos and videos it was. It was a great time. It's fantastic

I absolutely loved my Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 (still have the 9 BTW), but Pixel 2 XL was my favorite because the pictures that phone took were (and still are in my Google Photos gallery) some of the best I've ever taken. Also, shout out to Pixel 4a for being the best cheap phone I've ever had.

I got pixel 4, not the XL. Had to update it because the motherboard died. I then found out that it had a lot of issues, my back glass had to be glued every so often and the volume button started to fall out. Either way, one of the best phones I had.

I really wanted a nexus 4 when it was announced, I was at university and I remember getting up early to try and secure one before they all went. Never managed to get one, but I have had a Pixel 6 Pro since that released and have not had any issues with it during ownership. Its probably the best phone I've had, aside from my old huawei p30 pro. And now here I am in 2024 debating getting an iphone for the first time... oh how times change.

Don't know how I missed this video but the nexus 4 was so good for performance/price back then. It was my first android phone and customising it with roms and other rooted features just made it my favourite phone ever. I've recently just turned it on and it's running paranoid android. Can't wait to change the lock screen ring to a storm trooper or something

4a was my first pixel phone, i LOVED LOVED LOVED that thing. i only got rid of it because i dropped it one day and the screen cracked really badly. it was so fast and small and the camera was absolutely incredible.
