I feel like the front screen is too tall and narrow. They should go shorter and wider.

STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 3. So samsung wants to charge me $386 to get my phone back when it is supposed to be under warranty as I only had it for 10 months. I told them it was their product that have gone bad that the crease went bad causing the black solid line down in the center of the phone where the crease is. They tried to accused me that I dropped the phone and cracked the LCD screen. I told them I didn't drop the phone but that when the crease went bad and since it is part of the screen that it is going to start effecting the rest of the screen. They were in denial of their product that has gone bad and demanded that I pay for the repair or that they will send the phone back the way they got it from me. There was no trying understanding and customer service can't do nothing about it but to hear you complain. The whole samsung experience was the worst experience I have ever had. They suck to the core. Even AT&T can't do nothing about it which is SAS. So disappointed in Samsung.

I couldn't in the slightest think about buying this device at this price point until the screen is actual glass, maybe that means I'll never get the fold until it comes down significantly in price. Though I just can't reasonably drop that much money when you could buy an iphone 13 pro max, an ipad air and a pair of airpods pro for the same price. Hell actually cheaper even with taxes

With 1800 US dollars I could buy a surface pro 8 along with the pen and keyboard. I could even get lower versions of the surface studio laptop without the pen. Why would I waste all that money on a device that is ultimately just used for calls, youtube and possibly answering emails? The surface and iPad have much better note taking apps and you can draw really well on them. You can also use full photoshop on the surfaces. Imagine having all these powerful devices available and you waste your money on a gimmick phone. Phone prices are stupidly high.

I've had a zf2 for 18 months and it's clear the fold is splitting on the big screen through normal use, Samsung won't replace it because there is a crack on the camera lens on the back of the phone! Want £600 off me for a new screen when it's deteriorated, within its warranty period, through normal use. Clearly they don't stand the test of time, be very careful.

I'm definitely getting both when i could. The fold alone perfectly embodies what I dreamed with phones so it would be my main focus. But it also will take a whole pocket space with it which is where the flip comes in. Literally fit any pocket, its perfect for quick uses like answering calls for groceries stop and replying to personal messages about the cat chasing dogs again.
