Does driving 3x over the speed limit in a school zone ACTUALLY ruin your tyres?
@VladAspida Says:
just switched from xiaomi product with 120W charging to 30W pixel. i miss the fast charging but after 2 years the xiaomi battery was garbage, and would drain very fast

@SZAKSS Says:
While charging mobile phones, redmi fast charging slows down if temperature become high. Companies are not crazy since I have seen similar performance of battery for 2 to 3 years in redmi mobiles with super fast charging.

is the french guy ok? I think he got attacked by demons
@JallenMeodia Says:
Man, I would hate it if my phone decided it wouldn't charge fully because I normally wake up an hour later. If you set an alarm, and then it does it, then that makes sense, but if you're travelling early or waking up early you want the full amount of charge on your phone for the longer day.
@tonym2585 Says:
So fast charging degrades the battery faster got it

I’ve used a basic 5v apple block to charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max for 3 years and the battery still held a good charge before trading it in last weekend.
@fahminrahman3543 Says:
Hello, sir. It's been two years since you uploaded this video. Can you do a new video describing if fast charging really degrades battery life? As two years have passed, there will be sufficient data to boldly conclude whether fast charging is good for battery or not. Thank you!!!
@DeniedWay Says:
Congrats man! The most competent, throughout explaining i found. Keep up the good work! 🤘🏼

this is the longest i dont know ive ever heard lol
@John-Is-My-Name Says:
sooo. what I am hearing is that is IS ruining your battery, just not more then "industry standard". Since I use my phones as long as I can, about 4-5 years maybe. I dont think 80% capacity after 2 years is good enough. I rather charge up my phone for 2 hours then. Its very nice for the technology to exist tho. For some people its worth it I bet.
@capetown6018 Says:
Ok... Can we fast charge now or do we need features and software and 80% charge before we wake up to protect the battery life? You don't know shit, except the shit that the companies release.
@LogeFromLB Says:
Could you do a follow up video on this in the coming years? Would like to know how those fast chargers have panned out, and also if there is any new battery technology/improvements (on the horizon or out there right now) and what they could mean for charging.
@Joejoe0913 Says:
Wireless charging makes battery overheat. I have been using 20watt charging on my iPhone 14pm for 650 times charging cycle, I have 86% capacity left. My friend used wireless charging on his iPhone 15pm for 350 time charging cycle, 85% capacity remaining.
@dereknolantan Says:
Great video 😊. Are there any adverse effects on battery health turning phone off at night?
@dilinigalappaththi3446 Says:

I am using 100w charger and it gets really warm whenever I charge for about 10 minutes. Is it a problem?
@rudydy4104 Says:
I still used 1.0A charger
@dotslashsatan Says:
Why not make charging logic stop at 80% and send 100% to the cpu. Same with 40% send 0% Sure the battery won’t last as long but it’ll last longer in the long run. + next years battery tech will make it no different than this years so no one would even notice!
@cs4805 Says:
I don’t understand the obsession with fast charging. My phone charges over night. If it were up to me I’d have it charge over 6 hours but have the battery last longer.
@dadiru Says:
That's a good way to learn about battery. Thanks!!!
@andrewpetley7008 Says:
I like how you explain things and the limitations of your resource. Very useful video, thank you

Marques I am disappointed in your content of this video. Felt like you were presenting your opinions rather than the actual test results and facts, which I expected to see the moment I saw the thumbnail.
@Katsuki-h7m Says:
is it time to revisit this (with 2 years data now~)
@lalalalong Says:
How come big companies like samsung dont do fast charging?
@mc_rami9 Says:

I'm charging my phone with a 9v batterie it take 5hrs to fully charge so I'm just 😮going to let my phone eat this batterie before plug it to the wall and hope the slow charge make my phone healthy
@mastmalang70hk Says:
Thanks for clearing he confusion👍👍👍👍
@RuhrRedArmy Says:
6:37 Aren't the two smaller batteries going to get hotter when they charge at 25W? I would have thought their small size would mean the wattage is less "spread out" and therefore the temperature would be higher. And if that really worked, wouldn't they try splitting further - e.g. 4 segments each accepting 12.5W?
@FrederickGarrett-ri4rj Says:
He's lying all you got to do is get a charger that don't burn up 20 watts is good enough Logan Ohio watch the battery is not going to die you just got to get a charger that don't overheat that's it keep your battery cool and you'll be all right 👍 but don't listen to him, it's going to die over time your battery is not going to die did you die you bought the wrong charger
@dustin_echoes Says:
Who cares? Im going to replace my phone every few years anyway.
@goatslayer5957 Says:
Why you shouldn't use a wireless charger ^
