I didn't even bother taking the 20w brick out of the box. I just use my macbook brick for both, and have a ugreen Gan brick for my phone.

I have the M1 iPad Pro, and the only feature I really miss is the Battery health option insidfe the settings section, which allows you to protect your battery health by setting your battery upper charging limit to less than 100%. The Macbook allows you to keep your battery at 80% max charge, so I can leave it connected to the charger all day. I think M2 and M3 iPads Pro allows you to also set the upper battery charge level, it is only the M1 iPad Pro that does not have this feature, and I wish Apple would provide a software update to bring this feature to the M1 iPad Pro.

An Apple rep hung up on me when I was patient and friendly.
I purchased an Apple Magic Keyboard for an iPad M4 13” from the online Apple Store in July 2024, which cost $350. The bottom of the keyboard is delaminating, and I would like it replaced.
When I called Apple, they told me I would have to bring it to an Apple Store, or they would charge me for a new one! Going to an Apple Store is an all-day affair, not to mention the cost since I live so far away.
Is Apple standing by its products?

I like my Apple devices, but the new ones are not advancements, they're embarrassments. The new iPhone, the new iPad, the new MacBook are all like polishing the inside while painting the outside of thinner same stuff. With smaller batteries and Apple Silicon which was designed to work like Legos, any manufacturer can do the same things. Apple, with the prestige WE'VE bought it, should be able to do better at the prices it expects.

With the Apple keyboard case and the Nano texture glass, the rubber outline on the keyboard left a line on my screen that “rubbed” away the nano texture. Thankfully the Apple Store where I’m at not only replaced my 13’ 2TB M4 Pro Nano with a new one but also bought back the Apple keyboard case. So until they fix the keyboard case, I get to rock a plain folio and a pebbles keys 2.

I just traded in my iPad Pro for a new Mac Mini. And I was kicking myself for the past 5 months for getting an iPad Pro instead of an Air or MacBook Pro. The iPad is basically useless to me. I tried coding on it, and… no. It’s not good. At all. It tries! But it fails badly. I wasted WAY too much time trying to figure out the best workflow for coding.

Ahh old video im like where’s the keyboard … this thing is beating some MacBooks. So with new apple iPad os it looks a lot like osx. Like we wanted so long ago an I pad that can dock and turn into a Mac. They seem to be maybe phasing out the MacBook Air for these is my best guess. I will say the m3 13” iPad Air has been a awesome budget option the display isn’t the oled but I spent time with the pro and the air and I just couldn’t tell much of a difference. The speakers do have more bass on the air .

Every iPad Pro review went on harping how the tablet is held back by iPad OS. Left, right, up and down, YET I haven’t watched a single video ever explaining what iPad OS needs to make it good in their eyes. I thought about it myself and can’t really think of anything else than on the 16GB RAM one to have 8/8 halves with a dormant macOS partition only activated by a usb-c dock with a mouse, keyboard and monitor present, like a clamshell MacBook.
