So i just started trading last night on crypto defi wallet. I only started with $500. I made $148 profit with just my first trade. Now im at $645. The interest rates are high on certain assets because the TVL is low correct? if that's the case (Assuming) when we
stake like $20K in a pool with TVL $2M who was providing 30% APR, once we supply then the value of the APR will fall
because we have disturbed the Supply&Demand, so doesn't it mean that the higher APR lower the TVL of the pool and is dangerous to invest?
Please correct me if I'm wrong and do answer it

I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. You're right about keeping level headed when investing so that's why I think it's important to limit the amount of FUD we consume. I don't watch the media but the news that you present has enough to know issues going on without riding the emotional rollercoaster if I were to watch the news everyday.
