I had a 12 yo female patient whose glasses prescription went up from a -1.75 to a -4.75 in both eyes in a year of using a VR headset. I know it was the VR because her 7 yo brother , who only draws and colors only had a -.50 rx in both eyes, he can’t stand the VR headset. This is not the only case I have seen. It’s only getting worse . Live a balanced life like we did in the 90’s, bigger screens further away. Live life by doing , don’t consume content all day long.
