I purchased one about a year ago and boy has it been a fantastic voyage. Excellent product but I should warn you about a few things. Buy a child proof rubber case for it and a screen protector. You will break it otherwise that's a fact. Also because of the screen size and brightness be careful watching it in public places especially at night. There are freaks out there that will literally pull up next to you in the parking lot and watch your tablet!!!. Its so weird and impersonal and a privacy invasion. Also be careful about revealing the price of this tablet to strangers. I literally had a nut case woman snatch my tablet and run out of the vehicle straight into the woods. Meanwhile I'm just physically frozen in disbelief. Never saw it again. My fault for braging about how expensive it was. This is my second one and I'm not letting anything happen to this one. Also if you are watching a movie at full volume with full screen brightness, it is possible for the tablet to still go gradually dead. Due to its size and four speakers,the tablet is capable of using up more power than it can take in even while on the charger and even if you start out with a completely full battery. Sometimes I have to either reduce the volume and or reduce screen brightness to keep battery at semi high levels. But wonderful product. Best tablet ever.

I am getting this baby for my bday this week. I am using it for 4k editing and I don't need any more than this. I currently edit videos on my samsung note 20 ultra in 4k 60fps and it works great. I am not a pro video editor or anything like that, all I want it is for editing drone videos and family videos, I have thousands of video clips I want to edit, my tablet is the 250gb version but I plan on getting a 1tb sd card for it. Perfect for my needs, can't wait. I was going to get a apple mini m4 for this but I rather have a tablet which is easy to carry in my car and nice due to the huge screen. I will still get the comoputer down the line but I might go with a samsung laptop.

My tab s9 is supposed to be waterproof. I am from India and I've got one and it's less than a year. You know Indian summers ☀️ it's display glue got loose on it own and the display fell off on my face while I was watching some videos while lying on bed. Luckily nothing was damaged or stretched. I just put it back and use it now while holding the screen to just be secured.
So that was the full story and I just want to know what type of glue I'll have to use to maintain it's waterproof status. I can't rely on Samsung service centre because they are incapable really. Two ultras they opened to repair and put back is dead because of water damages in my area and I've heard many youtubers complaining the same.

CPU Geekbench its just under +45% in multicore and a tad under 60% for GPU vs S9 Ultra
S10 Ultra = 7780 multicore..
S10 Ultra Vulkan 14.700
Quite step siince S9 ULtras Snap Dragon 8 gen2 that multicore wise ssually were around 5400 and the multicore CPU scores on Dimensity is also way above Snap dragon 8 gen3 that you fx saw in S24 Ultra that usually peaked at around 6600.
and then you will also get 7 years of Android revisions, so late 2031 on late 2024 Ultra models and forward... could matter a lot these years where Ai likely gonna be a factor, where S9 Ultra only got support to mid 2027 (4 years)
Also added next gen WIFI 7 on S10 Ultra where S9 Ultra only had Wif i6
Tab S10 Ultra is also ligher with -12g since S9 Ultr. likely down to that S10 Ultra is a tad thinner 5.4mm, and S10 is also made of some stronger alu that is less prone to scratch or dent.
S10 ULtra also got Samsung quite impresive anti glare coating that you also see on S25 Ultra. (= 2% reflection).
It also looks like the SD card slot been enhanced, as the official specs been bumped with +50% to 1.5TB from 1.0TB on S9 Ultr.
So there are quite a few changes, and its on sale for 37% of MSRP + incl. Samsung button Ai cover keyboard.. atleast here in viking territory
Difficult to pass on at those sums, if you like a very big flagship tablet, and ipad Pro 12.9 is to small or you just like to also have a moderm powerfull Android tablet for certain things.

However, I most times have different windows open on my laptop to segregate research, entertainment, and the actual writing. Can a tablet with a keyboard attachment effectively replace a laptop for a use-case like mine? Any insight is appreciated.
