Just observing something here. People don't seem to engage or discuss anything in the comments after the initial hype wave has passed. Tech is rendered irrelevant the next day after the review. This phone is not for everyone but certainly for anyone who just wanted a simpler design. I don't hate iPhone or Samsung nowadays, but I have to say Sony is in different world and I love that.

Ideally they need to make one which covers ultra wide to portrait (0.7-2.5x).
This is what most people use and would eliminate the need for any additional cameras.
Maybe pair it with one of their fancy high res sensors for decent quality digital 2.5-5x zoom.
5 and 10 x High zoom cameras are marketing hype and aren't used that often.
I'd rather see the money go in to a better overall camera.

Si tout se passe bien j'achète un nouveau smartphone en fin de mois. J'ai la marque de cœur qui est Sony et j'hésite entre le modèle Xperia 1 IV actuellement à 899€ et le nouveau Xperia 5 V à 999€.
Je sais que le premier avait des problèmes de chauffe mais qui sont aujourd'hui résolu et qu'il s'est franchement bien amélioré.
Le deuxième fait débat à cause du capteur en moins, j'ai cru comprendre que l'écran était moins bon (même si j'en doute) que le 5 IV.
Perso j'ai un Sony Xperia XZ3 et j'ai un usage "standard", réseaux sociaux, vidéo, musique, un peu de jeux mais pas les énormes trucs gourmands en ressources, appel et SMS, bref du classique quoi.
Pourriez vous m'aider à faire un choix en mettant en avant des arguments pour les deux ?

Costing is a major concern if we want to reach to the mass audience. The another concern is that weather it is worth what we are paying for ? Or there are alternatives available at an affordable cost with so called premium features.
